Weekly Update

How are you doing, my beautiful people?

WHAT A WEEK!!!! Two gigs out of nowhere. Tracy’s page and a pic for you. That was a LONG but productive week.

I’m sorry that I had to put the patron at the end of the queue for this, but I’ve been having issues covering everything for about a year now. I somehow always managed to keep in the green, but it’s getting harder every month. So this money will help a lot in keeping me afloat for a little while.

And the gigs were fun, I have to admit. It makes me want to throw my hat back in the ring. I’m not talking about anything full time, but if I could get a gig like every other month, I’d stop worrying about the rent and would be able to concentrate on my patreon the rest of the time. And maybe have more energy for bigger projects. I’ll have to update my portfolio, I guess ^^

The overnight rush was a problem, though. I’m way too old for this shit. And to be honest, if I had only delivered what was kept for the final version, it wouldn’t have needed me to work all night. But my job is to push the visual as much as possible, so I overdid it, and I’m still paying the price. My sleep schedule has been a mess ever since and I’m dead tired this morning, but going back to sleep would just mess with my schedule even more. I need to keep on track, leading my body back into rhythm.

This week

I have a few things on my plate.

First, I have a few bureaucratic things I have to do today in order to get paid for those gigs. It’s been a while, I’m not sure where I’ve put some things, but it shouldn’t be long. Then, it’s back to Tracy’s book and something for you.

I also need to take care of my apartment. I kindda neglected it last week.

And finally, I need to get time to write down the first draft of the next SW chapter before I forget what I have in mind.
