Female Reader x Male Monster
Moving wasn’t as hard as people made it seem. The difficult part would be unpacking simply because you knew how your mind worked. The place you got was out in the country, a tactical move by you as you had grown tired of the hurly burly of the city. After years of protecting the city from all sorts of magically fantastical means of attack, you were exhausted.
Once you drove out of the city limits, your body sank back into the driver seat and you exhaled long and hard. It was a sad moment, but it was also a huge weight off your shoulders. Lots of your friends had already retired and moved on from the magical girl life, a new crop of eager young kids were now taking over and doing a very good job at it. You’d been offered a role as a mentor but you turned it down. Something from your past still haunted you and you weren’t ready to face it, if ever.
Your new home used to be an old bed and breakfast once upon a time. You were planning on fixing it up, maybe renting a room or two to help with bills. Your savings wouldn’t last forever, and your retirement funds weren’t the best. But for now, it was your happy little pet project and you were excited to get started.
Of course, life gets the best of you, and a few months into moving in a lot of boxes were still unpacked, and the best you’d gotten done on your project was painting some rooms and hiring a crew to paint the exterior. Now you were told you needed to repair the roof along with another small list of inconvenient and expensive chores. You had been so excited, and now it felt like defeat.
One rainy afternoon as you sat cutting in paint around the windows, the wonky doorbell rang. It squealed then honked then turned into a bell noise before hissing out of existence. You weren’t expecting anyone, and because of the rain the painter and their crew hadn’t shown. Peeking down the stairs, you saw a shadow outlined in the frosted glass of the door. It could have been an illusion of the eye, but the person on the other side looked strangely massive. You tiptoed quietly down the stairs so they couldn’t hear you. There was a certain point on the stairs that, if you leaned all the way to the left, you could see who was standing on the porch through the living room window. The person standing outside was in fact giant.
“Oh boy, okay,” you muttered to yourself. “Big guy, huge guy. Rainy day. Not great.” You started to crawl back up the stairs when the doorbell rang again; squeal, honk, bell, hiss. You stalled on the stairs, remaining absolutely still. The person knocked.
“I’m looking for White Witch Amor,” it sounded like a man with an exceptionally deep voice speaking. “I know this sounds strange, but I knew her a long time ago.”
Someone out here who knows your old magical girl identity? This had to be a trap! You try to continue your crawl up the stairs when they speak again. “She saved my life. I want to repay her.”
There had been a lot of people who could say that, you thought. But this person with the deep voice made you hopeful. The reason you didn’t want to be a mentor, the incident that made you question your life as a magical girl, someone was responsible for that. Someone you thought you failed. You slowly went down the stairs and unlocked the door, opening it to a small crack so you could peer outside. Standing there was a giant wearing a soaked, hooded cloak. “Who are you?”
Lightning flashed, followed by a loud crack of thunder, it was perfect timing. You flinched, but the giant figure reacted strongly. They cowered, ducking down and covering their head with strangely clawed hands.
“Sorry,” their voice came out guttural. “Loud noises still-”
You opened the door and stared up at them. “It can’t be-” You reached up to move their hood, which you realized was too far away. Instead you took their hand, looking over the strange claw that looked like onyx. “Helikayde?”
“Can I come in please?”
You stepped aside, letting him come into your room. He removed the hood revealing fluffy white hair and tall black horns.
“I can’t believe it,” you whispered in awe. “I thought you had-” You clasped your hand around your mouth. You were near tears as he looked at you, those golden eyes peering at you sadly like that had years ago. You sniffled, breaking down bit by bit as all those old feelings rose up anew. You thought he was dead because of you. He’d reached out for help, begging, pleading, and you thought you let him down.
“I’m sorry!” he knelt down to be more on your level. “Don’t cry. I didn’t mean to scare you.”
You shook your head furiously, hoping that would stop the tears, but it only made them spring up worse. “I thought I killed you,” you whimpered through your hands.
Helykayde’s big hand petted the top of your head. His touch was gentle and cool, most of all it felt real. You were assured this was no illusion. “You saved me, just like you promised. Just not how you planned.”
Tears spilled and you couldn’t control the way your mouth contorted. One eye was human, like he once was. The other eye was sectioned, spitting off into three, each smaller than the one stacked above it. His skin was a painting of gray, dull blue, and black, marked with shimmering scales of onyx. Large fangs jutted from his mouth, but you could see he was smiling. You wept openly, falling into his arms to embrace him. Your body sank into his as weight floated away from your shoulders. He stroked your back, holding you as gently as possible until you were done weeping.
“Geez, I’m sorry.” You rubbed your eyes after the heavy cry. “I didn’t mean to cry on you like that.”
“It’s okay,” Helikayde said softly. “I was worried I had frightened you.”
It was still hard to believe he was here. Years ago you thought you had watched him die, now he was standing in your foyer. “I’m so relieved.”
Helikayde’s smile grew. “You are?”
“I thought you were dead!” You insisted. “I thought I had...that I had-” Tears came again. “I killed you,” you whimpered.
He chuckled and patted the top of your head again. “Because of you I’m free. You did exactly as you promised me. I’ve been looking for you so I could repay you.”
“You don't need to! Seeing you is such a relief!” You laughed through your tears. “What happened to you? Where have you been all this time?”
Helikayde glanced away. “It’s a long story.”
“How about I put on something warm to drink? Coffee? Do you like coffee?” You were eager now to spend time with him so you could know he was alright.
“You don’t have to go out of your-” He took a step forward and thunder boomed again. He hit the floor like a child, covering his head with his hands.
You knelt down beside him, coaxing him up from the ground. You led him to the parlor, a room with no windows and a fireplace you were terrified to use. You’d been using it to store your painting supplies and a couple of pieces of furniture that came with the house.
“Sit here, it should be quiet.” You removed a tarp from over one of the sofas and had him sit down. Although with his size, he made the sofa look like a loveseat.
“Sorry I-” he clutched his head with one hand. “Loud noises still affect me.”
You shook your head. “I understand. It’s sort of a reason why I moved out here to begin with.” You sat down beside him. “I promised to help you long ago, I feel like I still owe you that promise.”
Helikayde smiled again. “You kept your promise, I’ve come to fulfill mine.”
You returned his smile with a grin, still so happy to see that he was alive and well. “What promise?”
Helikayde swallowed as he turned his head away. The look in his eyes was painful and sad. You reached out, touching his hand. “I made it to myself back then, but I promised that once I escaped, I would do all I could to make you as happy as you made me in that moment. When you said you’d save me...i can’t describe it. I had never been treated like that, not by my father, not by the federation...no one had looked at me and seen me at the same time.” His fingers curled around your hand. “After that day I hid until I was sure they wouldn't come looking for me. I didn’t want you getting hurt because of me again.” His eyes focused on my side and thigh. I squeezed his hand, hoping to avert his gaze from there.
“You have made me happy. Seeing you again, seeing you alive again I mean, it’s all I needed.” You chuckled softly. “I would love to be your friend.”
“I would too,” Helikayde beamed, his eyes glowing softly.
“If you need a place to stay I have tons of rooms here.” You offered out of reflex. “I mean, I am looking for roommates so-”
“I uh-” Helikayde took his hand back and fidgeted with his onyx fingertips. “I don’t know if I have anything to offer for that.”
You shook your head. “Don’t worry about that now. If you want to move, you can. If you have a place somewhere-”
“Not really,” he muttered.
“Then good, you’ll move in here!” You said excitedly. It had been nice moving out, but living alone had started to get the best of you. Having Helikayde move in made you feel safer and not so lonesome.
Once the rain stopped, Helikayde took an interest in the gardens surrounding the house. They were overgrown, overrun with weeds, and you had no clue on how to care for them. Helikayde took over that while you took care of painting. He worked outside all day, and during the summer that was a feat. There were times you had to go out and actually make him come inside. But whenever you touched him, he felt as cool as the other side of the pillow.
“I still have so much I need to do,” he tried to argue one day.
“You have all the time in the world. I don’t want you working yourself to death on my watch.” You fixed him a glass of ice water. “You stay inside for a minute and relax.”
He smiled softly, his gaze lingered upon you, making your stomach flutter and your cheeks warm up. “I have to go into town for groceries,” you say quickly to change the subject. “Is there anything you need while I’m out?”
Helikayde shook his head then shrugged. “If you see any interesting plants, I’d like that. But otherwise, you don’t need to worry about me. All I’m doing is gardening.”
“That’s a lot to me! I wouldn’t have been able to do it.” You smiled brightly at him then huffed. “Alright, I’ve gotta get ready. Don’t go outside until I get back, you hear me?”
He chuckled. “Yes, I hear you.”
You got upstairs to your room. It’s hot up there, so one of your planned items is an AC unit. You’d been using a fan until now, but it was getting sweltering. You undressed, having used these same clothes for three days to paint in. You glanced into the mirror, seeing the scar that ran from your side and down onto your thigh. You slipped your hand down them, grimacing faintly. Somedays, they still hurt. In the mirror you saw movement, and standing behind you, you saw Helikayde in the crack of your door.
You crossed an arm over your chest. “Did you think of something you needed?”
“Sorry, your door was open I just-” Helikayde ducked his head down.
You reached for your blanket to cover yourself. “It’s okay. My bad.” Your heart was going crazy, pounding away and chiseling itself through your bones. You didn’t feel as embarrassed as you thought you would. Instead you felt more excited than anything.
“Uhm-” his voice trembled. “You look…”
“I’ve never had the best shape,” you try to laugh it off. “I suppose a rectangle is a shape though but uhm-” You cleared your throat.
“I thought you looked better than a rectangle. But I should let you get dressed-”
“Really?” You were relieved. “You think so?” You peered under the blanket. “I always thought I looked like a boy.”
“No-” he breathed.
You licked your lip, and tugged it between your lips. “What do you like about it?”
Helikayde swallowed and lifted his eyes back to you. “That it’s yours.”
It was so sweet it hurt your teeth. You smiled, letting the blanket fall around your feet. Helikayde’s eyes glowed and he opened the door further. He stood there awkwardly for a moment, so you stepped closer to him. You guided his hand, laying it upon your skin to assure him it was fine.
“I shouldn’t-” he breathed. His onyx fingers trailed down your ribs to the scar on your side. “Unless you’d like me to.”
You nodded, feeling shy after such a bold move. “I’ve been wanting to kiss you for a while now. I just felt silly was all.”
Helikayde’s fingers slipped under your chin and he bent down to meet your lips. His kiss was soft, his fangs were cold. You stood on tiptoe to kiss more, moaning softly as you pressed against him.
“Wait,” he breathed. “Maybe you should dress.”
“Sorry,” you giggled. “Maybe I should.” You looked into his eyes and before you could move the two of you were kissing again. It was more urgent this time, stronger. He lifted you up, holding you to his body, your small rear resting in his palm. You undid the buttons of his shirt, exposing his big, broad chest and skin. His tongue emerged, long, sleek, and black. It trailed from your lips onto your neck, he growled into your ear which sent chills down your spine. A finger slipped between your cheeks and the tip of his finger pressed against your mound. You lost your breath.
“Warm,” he snarled.
You wiggled, causing his finger to sink in more. The hard digit poked inside where you were growing wet with need. “Lay me down.”
Helikayde laid you upon the floor, stroking his big hands down your body. He kissed your chest, your belly. He dragged his sharp teeth down your skin, making you quiver all over from the sensation.
“I’m not built like most men,” he growled warningly.
You gulped down a breath. “How different?”
Helikayde licked at his fangs and he sat down with you. You crawled into his lpa, kissing him and stroking his body. He was so big, you weren’t sure you could touch every inch of him in one go. You then peered below, seeing his pants were bulging in a strange way. You opened them up, exposing two long tentacles. They were slick and black with sapphire blue stripes down the side. They were quite thick and when you touched them they pulsed in your palm.
“I like it,” you purred.
Helikayde chuckled. “Do you now?” He pushed you back down upon the ground, kissing you while his hands grabbed onto your hips.
“It’s yours, so of course I do.”
He flinched, growing a shy but shocked look upon his face. He looked so cute, all you could do was kiss him. You tugged him down to you, letting his big body press into yours. You felt the tentacles against you, pressing, squirming. You whimpered against his mouth as they opened you up. One slipped inside, swirling shallow inside you. You arched your hips, letting his hand slid under your ass again. He moaned for you, sighing softly against your cheek as the tentacle slipped further inside. He felt cold you, a strangely alluring sensation.
“So hot,” he growled. “Feels so good,” his voice strained.
You nodded, clinging to his arms. “Helikayde, oh god-”
The tentacle swirled around inside, making such a lewd, wet noise. Helikayde gazed into your eyes. “You like it?”
You nodded before throwing your head back, moaning out loudly. The tentacle rubbed and stroked against a place inside that made your toes curl and eyes roll back. It was just thick enough so you could feel everything, and just strange enough to be amazing. The tentacle thrust deeper and Helikayde groaned into your ear. He snarled, breathing deeply then laughing.
“I’ve wanted you for so long, to feel you...have you-” He kissed your cheek and neck. “I’ve loved you since I first saw you.”
The confession was enough to make your cry. “Helikayde!”
“Knowing you want me, all I want to do is make you happy.” Golden tears fell from his eyes. “If you’ll have me.”
You wrapped your arms around him, holding him close. “I want you, I want you-” You pant. His thrusts became stronger, and the second tentacle joined in. The two coiled around each other, forming a thick, hard shaft inside you. You squealed, arching your back from the floor as they penetrated deep inside you. Helikayde thrust his hips, rocking you against his body. He moaned and whimpered, making such sweet sounds into your ear. His golden tears splashed onto your cheek and you held him tighter.
“I’m coming-” You choked. “Heli...I’m-” Your body tensed and tightened, you clung to him so you stayed in this world. Your whole body, you mind, overflowed with that powerful rush. Helikayde snarled, rocking harder, pulsing, throbbing. His breath was stolen, and the world turned gold.
You laid on the floor as rain began pattering upon the roof. Helikayde was sleepily wrapped around you. Your blanket was tucked around your body, while your bare chest was pressed into his. You were warm inside and out from Helikayde’s affections. You kissed his chest and his hand stroked down the scars on your side.
“Are you alright?” He whispered.
You smiled at him, brushing his hair away from his face. “Yeah. Just taking it all in.”
“I do love you,” he murmured. “It wasn’t just in the heat of the moment I-” You pressed your fingertip to his lips.
“I know. I wish I had been so brave to say it too.”
Golden tears flooded his eyes and Helikayde enveloped you into a tight embrace from which you never wished to escape.
