July overview & August preview + important shipping updates!

Hey everyone!

I'll go ahead and get this announcement out of the way, since it directly affects most of you.

Since the pandemic, we've had to go to a bi-monthly shipment schedule because of all the delays recently. I had hoped that the worst might have been over, but apparently more delays are ahead. :( I've made the decision to go ahead and switch over to a bi-monthly shipment for the rest of the year. Aug/Sept will ship together in late September, and Oct/Nov will be together in November. December should ship by itself, but if I feel it may be delayed I may just go ahead and bundle Oct/Nov/Dec together and ship them out first week of December.

I'm not sure if 2021 pins will be on a bi-monthly schedule, but I will be working to get at least the first 3-4 months of pins in production in November to prevent delays. (I'd also like to slightly change up the pin club next year, but that's another post for another day!)

I apologize if any of that is confusing! I do want to make sure that everyone knows you are under no obligation to stay for each month, and you will be sent the pin for each month you are pledged! 

Ex. If you pledge for August but need to drop for September - you will still be shipped August's pin! You do not need to stay for both months.

July Roundup!

July's theme was of course, the Shivarra! here's a look at the Vector file setup and some of the sketches.

I had a little bit of trouble with her arms for the sticker version - the manufacturer flat out refused to do cuts in between. :(  I might rework it in the future and reorder the stickers elsewhere. 

In July, I also finally completed some very long overdue avatars that two lucky winners got for my auction back in February! ^.^ I miss painting sometimes, I'd like to do more of this soon!

I meant to do a sticker sheet of these, but I quickly found out I couldn't get them on to a standard sized sheet without them being micro sized. ^^; Instead, I opted to do individual stickers and they were included in the box tiers. I also made a bookmark out of this image!

I'll have extra sticker packs up on the shop next update, and bookmarks will be included in most shop orders as a bonus. :)

Finally, I did a simple pinup/portrait of Mother Shahraz <3

August pin preview! 

August's theme will be The Titan.. so we're doing an Eonar pin! :)

Eonar was a fun pin to design and I can't wait to get her in hand! She's a tiny bit larger than the others, because she is a titan afterall! Her skin will also be shimmery in person, to give her a little sparkle. :)

I have a couple cute ideas to go with her, like maybe some baby dragons?
