20-25% discount codes are sent out at the end of each month with your Digital Rewards link sent via Patreon Messages. If you are a new Patron and have placed a shop order, please PM me and I will adjust your order with the proper discount or offer you the code.

In general, I aim to update the secret shop on the first Friday of the month after patreon rewards are shipped out, however that may be delayed due to conventions and travel from time to time. I will make Patreon announcements and update Discord when this is about to happen.

FAQ

Do you use a grading scale for your pins?

Yes and no - I am fairly lax regarding pin grades. While I do check all my pins for defects, you will most likely receive a standard grade pin. Each pin is handmade, so minor imperfections are expected. Pins with very noticeable defects like deep scratches or major dust specks are classified as B-Grade and are generally used in blind bags or sold as such on the shop at a discount. Pins with serious flaws are generally not sold at all.

When do I get charged?

Since my Patreon is set to charge upfront, you are charged the moment you sign up. Patreon will also charge you on the 1st of each month. You will be charged each month until you cancel your pledge which you can do at anytime.

When will my pin be shipped out?

I currently ship out bi-monthly, due to pandemic delays in production and shipping.

There are 6 shipments per year, and the next shipment of pins from March and April will be shipped out in early to mid May.

Can I change to a different tier?

Absolutely! Just pick a new tier from  https://www.patreon.com/join/Teaberryhouse  and you will be charged the difference immediately. If you are upgrading to the Pin Club to the Collector pack, and I have already shipped out rewards for the month, your additional rewards will be shipped out with the following month unless your pledge is deleted. If you decide to make any changes, its best to do so at the beginning of each month or before the 20th just to be safe.

Can I buy a previous design?

If available, yes! I update the secret shop with the remaining stock of each previous month's pins. After a few months, those pins will be released to the public. My pins are limited editions, and I generally do not order many more than needed. If you really like a design, don't hesitate. ^.^

Can you combine my Patreon mail and my shop order?

Yes! I won't be able to refund shipping charges, but if you DM me with your order number I will package them together.

I'm missing an item in my pin club mail, or my item arrived damaged.

My package says "delivered" but it did not arrive / the tracking has not updated.

Please double check that the address listed on Patreon is correct and updated!

The USPS will often pre-mark packages as delivered and then arrive the following day. In this case, please wait 1-2 days after its been marked delivered. It may just show up a little late!
Be sure to also check with housemates and neighbors to see if they have taken your package inside as well.  If all else fails, you can contact your post office to see if they have any solutions.

If the package appears to still be in transit after 4 weeks (8 weeks for INTL), I may be able to send you a replacement. Please give the package some time to arrive. On rare occasions, a package will make its way back to me. If this happens, I will contact you to review your shipping address and reship it for you.

For international packages, they may also be held by your local office for customs due. Please contact them for assistance.
