2020 Changes and updates!

As I've mentioned before in previous updates, I'm going to be making a few changes to this Patreon for the new year. 

One change, is that I'll be renaming this patreon! Going forward we'll be known as the Teaberry House pin club to tie into my brand better. :) 

Our theme for 2020 will be monster girls! I have the first 8 planned out - but the last 4 are currently up in the air. :) I may do a smaller themed set or split off into other types of monster girls. Look out for some polls in the future to see what we can come up with!

Tier changes

Right now, Patreon's UI only shows the lowest three tiers, in my case it only shows the $2, $5, and $10. This actually knocks off my pin club tiers from view and I feel it may confuse new Patrons. To adjust this, the $5 and $10 tiers are being removed/hidden. 

If you are currently on the $5 or $10 tier, nothing changes! You will still receive your rewards as always, but they will no longer be available to the public. If Patreon decides to change their UI, they may return in the future. :) 

The pin club tier will mostly remain the same over the next year. You'll get a pin, a vinyl sticker and a card. 

The collector pack will however get a slight upgrade! When this patreon first started, the Collector Boxes were more of a mystery/merchandise test box. I'm planning to return to this slightly, so each box will have an extra item included. Things planned are enamel pin variants, keychains, lanyards, and washi tape among other items. ^.^ Some items in the collector box may be available on the secret shop later in small quantities. If they're popular enough, I'll order a larger batch for sale.

A small amount of Collector Pack tiers will be opening on January 1st. 

Price changes

NOTE: This only applies to new patrons. If you are a current patron, nothing changes.

Another major change is a price increase on the pin tiers. Over the past 2 years pin unit costs and shipping has gone up quite a bit for me, sometimes nearly doubling the cost. USPS postal rates have also risen, with another increase on the way in January. As much as I'd like to keep my tiers as affordable as possible, this change is needed. :( I hope everyone understands.

• Pin Club will be changing from $12 to $15
• Pin Club INTL will be going from $18 to $20
• Collector Pack $25 to $30
• (new tier!) Collector Pack INTL from $35 to $40

That being said, if you are a current patron, no changes will be made and you are not required to do anything. You will be grandfathered in with the old rates, and they will not be changed. Patreon does not let me edit prices on current tiers, so in order to make these changes new tiers will be created and the old ones will be hidden. If you unsub and rejoin later, you will have to rejoin at the new rate. 

Overall, many of these changes are made to make things a tiny bit easier and streamline each month going forward. With any luck, it'll open up my schedule a bit to do more things like commissions in the future or things like a new pin kickstarter. ^.^
