I have an idea: you lose consciousness if you get more punishment than you can handle and then you get penalty points again because you haven't completed the punishments. How about if after losing consciousness 3 or 5 times you are sent to the second basement floor (laboratory) as punishment to spend a day there (you have to walk from the elevator to a staircase on the other side of the map, which in turn leads to the prison.
