OVERWATCH | INFILTRATION CINEMATIC + BREAKDOWN!!

I was originally going to release x2 Overwatch videos this week, Hero and Infiltration but sadly didn't get time to edit both. Blame the For Honor video for this :D.

We are certainly getting through them now and breaking this one down was interesting because it's the closest cinematic/animated short we've had that looks similar to a regular Hollywood movie action scene. You'll see as we go through it together.

Enjoy the video guys,

Kai

There is a reason for the "Boop" if you pay close attention. Look at the other picture when Sombre grabs the one of her daughter.

They made a fake video at BlizzCon that Sombre "hacked" into with this short's premiere. The video started glitching and everyone knew it was coming. It was pretty awesome (and might be why the start was different than the others). I'll link the video from the audience perspective if you want to see it: https://youtu.be/WB4_k3GqT4Y?si=VbDfLJ0ojokSuq7M (Also they do play of the game videos for the MVP of the match and one of Sombre's make you think someone else got the play of the game but then it hacks in to her video.) You would probably enjoy watching those short clips too. They can be seen in the hero customization menu of the game.

One of my favorite overwatch reactions because of how your analysis of them lately are getting longer and longer. I'm an artist and the framing and lighting advice is making me learn things I didn't even consider before. I really wish you could do a re-analysis of "The Last Bastion" because back then your detailed descriptions of how the colors, movement, and framing weren't nearly as in-depth. Don't know if any other YouTube commenters will ask for similar things but it's ultimately up to you. Amazing analysis and reaction, and looking forward to the future ones. Unfortunately, I believe this is the last one you have reacted to that feature any of the villian characters which is a bummer. The other 3 villians in the game only got panning still frame shots to introduce them, Sombra was the only villian character added post launch to get a high production 3d cinematic :/ If you are still interested, the only one that has any cinematic value is the one for the hero "Sigma" which is a mix of stills and 2d animation while describing his interesting backstory.
