HALO 3: ODST | LET'S PLAY!!

If you enjoy this video and would like more content like it, I'm very open to starting a new video series where every now and then, I'll do a let's play. Let me know otherwise this will be the first and the last ;D.
P.S. Apologies for the amount of swearing. What it basically means is I'm having fun and just being me. The breakdowns I try to be a little more professional.

So might look at the before completing the game. Would you like to see me finish the game off then? Part of me thought you guys might have had enough of me doing the Let's Play. I'm always happy to do more, I enjoy it! I just hope you guys do too.

They have visual parts as well, I would love to hear your thoughts on what they did with it.

2024-03-26 18:06:02 +0000 UTCThis game takes a large amount of inspiration from Dante's Inferno, One of the most obvious is the player's guide Vergil. Frankly you could look at just about anything and connect the dots. The rookies initial drop during the intro cutscene mirrors Dante's crossing of the Acheron river into hell where he feints and and awakens on the other side. So the title of helljumpers for the ODST's certainly holds true. The audio logs in this game tell Sadie's Story which is happening in parallel to the rookies'. Each of the audio logs are organized in circles with 9 in total symbolizing the 9 circles of hell. Each of the levels in the game also represent one of the 9 circles. The themes of the 9 circles are also represented throughout Sadie's story either by characters or events that take place during her escape of New Mombasa. Eventually both Sadie's story and the Rookies journey intertwine. I highly recommend watching Sadie's Story if you have the time / are interested. Not necessarily make a reaction of it as it's mostly just still images. Loved the lets play and glad to see you're enjoying the game. It definitely shows it's age in some places but it'll always be my personal favorite.

2024-03-25 17:22:31 +0000 UTCThere is 20 comms I believe, shares the story of Sadie, daughter of a man who worked with Virgel, during the attack on New Mombasa. Also don't listen to whoever was telling you not to use the VISR all the time lol. You're quite decent at the game! Enjoying the gameplay a lot! I'll download The Master Chief collection if you wouldn't mind a duo tagging along 😁 ODST is one of, if not, my favorite Halo game! The soundtrack is tied with Halo 2 as the best in the franchise.
