Friday Night Beach Chat #37

Paradise welcomes you once again for a little progress report.

Work is speeding up thanks to my free time opening up again. I'm running full speed towards the finish line. :-)

I've gone back and edited/reworked the mansion party free-roam. Whatever vision I initially had did not really work upon testing. Wasn't really all that fun and just seemed like a lot of filler. It's now going to still be a very limited free-roam but I ended up cutting a lot of stuff and kept just the essential stuff. Some of these ideas will be recycled for later use, like this fun little box I had started modeling.

Sadly it did not fit in the new reworked story, so it will have to come in at some other point in the future.

Also did some coding this week on the phone system which I am slowly working on here and there. I've completed the viewing of details about characters.

Just basic data at the moment and I still have to pick a better text color. There will be a way to change the phone's color scheme. I'm also debating if I should add a cheat menu for the game in the phone system. Not sure how useful something like that would be, but it would give the ability to change the story path, remove certain flags. If that's something you'd like let me know.

Renders this week; chicken fighting also known as shoulder wars apparently.
