Red Sonata 0.12.1 Early Access Release (Smart Tier)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
To ensure that progress from the prologue transfers to Chapter 1, please load your prologue save just before it ends, finish it and start Chapter 1.
If you played the prologue before versions 0.11.1/0.11.2, enter your family name on the PC in your room as soon as you can.
Remember: This is Early Access, so some things are still subject to change. Please let me know if you encounter any bugs.

Improvements:
Extended and improved some dialogues.
Improved a scene with Ibuki (the one where she's sitting).
Added some new background animations.
Added new sound effects.
More game size optimizations.
Added some improvements to the music player.
Chess:
Chess Minigame for Android (Simplified version due to Android limitations, redone from scratch).
The chess skill stat will now persist between saves (it won't be reset if you'd like to start with a new path).
Chess AI is a bit easier now on the lowest difficulty (still needs some testing).
Fixes and Other:
Fixed issue with the music player in the room, where sometimes pressing the ESC key kicked you back to your room, skipping the whole quest.
Fixed lag when loading clock animation.
Updated game's icon.

2024-06-02 17:45:40 +0000 UTCI'm experiencing a similar issue as Abagofbabies. I'd click the .exe and it looks like its loading everything up but then the game just doesn't start. I tried playing the previous version afterwards and I've gotten it work no problem. I downloaded the PC version if that helps.

2024-06-02 17:11:33 +0000 UTCNot sure if it's something on my end, but for some reason the game doesn't start, I went and checked task manager and for some reason it's in background processes instead of apps. At first I simply waited thinking it was just taking A while to load up, but I've been waiting for A while and nothing is happening. I'll keep trying, but if you got some advice assuming it's an issue on my end I'd appreciate it.
