Okay, so hear me out...[Progress Report]

Yep, it's another one of those posts - but....with good reason and better news.

I'll start with the good reason , enter Jessica:

A few weeks ago I fleshed out more of Julie's storyline. Without spoiling too much, she's got some family related reasons for being on the island. That causes an unexpected reunion at some point - with her younger sister, Jessica and eventually her milf of a mother, Janet.

However, at the same time I also realized that I scripted far more content for Julie than I did for Lia (the other person intended in this update). This caused a bit of a train wreck. If you're curious why - it has to do with the story events of last update - and providing more exciting content.

Raiya became a "man of culture", and with that comes certain rules. However, there's one girl on the island who has been eyeing Raiya for her own. That person is none other than Lia.

POTENTIAL SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT

Naturally, this puts Raiya in a predicament - he must convince Lia to participate in "island culture" if he wants to advance his relationship with her, as per the rules set out by Himari. The issue is that I haven't written that far into Julie's storyline.

One of the things I've been trying to avoid is "screwing up" the overall story by advancing some folks too far, and I inadvertently hit a snag here.

I planned to try and correct that issue starting with this version. Lia, Julie, Ana and Abi in particular would benefit from this.

But.....then I thought, since I already have more than enough content for Julie, why not just make the entire update about Julie? This would solve one issue and prepare to solve another, Marena's story is too far ahead compared to some others.

As such, it's a bit difficult to add in content for her without it feeling "forced". Her story needs to reach a specific place (similar to Himari's) before the "fun-stivities" can begin.

With that in mind:

Summary:

• This update will feature at least 20 events related to Julie, including an introduction to her sister Jessica, who will be added as an official character with her own story line later.

• The remaining 10 events will be focused on Lia. Originally, it was to be the opposite with 15 Lia events, 10 Julie events and 5 Mara events.

• Version 8 will then focus on advancing Lia's story to a proper point.

• Version 9 will be dedicated to anyone else who needs content - so it may be a little larger than usual.
