Magic Spells [Manual]

After advancing to a certain point in the story, you will gain the ability to cast magic spells. At the start you can only activate a certain # of spells per day , but as you grow this number can change. Spells allow you to influence your gameplay while they are active in many different ways.
Listed below are the current set of spells you can acquire (Note that these may increase by the time 0.30 is released):
- Wellspring - Restore 10% of your health after a battle.
- Shell - Creates a HP buffering barrier based on your max health. This regenerates at the start of each battle.
- Winds Of Fortune - Boost magicite gained by 20% for duration of the spell.
- Charm - Increase the amount of affection gained through social actions.
- Battle Cry - Boost base damage by +2 during combat.
You can cast spells at any time by visiting your Grimoire (from the status menu). Each day that passes will reduce the duration of your active spells, necessitating a re-cast if you wish to continue using their effects.
All spells have a mana cost which is deducted from your fatigue at the time of casting and at the start each spell lasts for the duration of one day.
