VIP-Poll - Uniform Assignments

Hi,
while fixing some issues on the progressive Uniforms I was confounded by my less than ideal code. That prompted me to consider reworking it fully for V2.30.
In that context I would probably also add some visual / QoL improvements, such as
handle the Progressive Uniforms like normal outfits that are assigned in the morning
rework the uniform selector to show the actual character figure with the uniform
add one more character (Vee?) to the list
Effort would be high (about one to two weeks of time) but come with the advantages above...
What do you think?

Semi-related, it would be useful to see a character's tech level when selecting jobs. Maybe near the outfit training info?

Have no real issues with the menu but who doesn't want to see characters in new costume variants ... anyone would be okay but if I had to vote would be Ser/Vee in a tie and Moira in that order but to each their own! All good.
