VIP / Upper Tier Preview - Unique Item Part II

here is the second set of unique items. I wanted some shields with new tactical options so there is one shield with chance to cloak on hit and the other shield with reflect damage mechanics.
Will be available in the 1.30 DEV mechanics test version for Beta Testers Early April.
