V0.4 Progress 07.03.

today was quite productive. I
- coded the uniform quest and artwork ...)
- coded the Lower Decks repair quest
- integrated all the Lower Deck locations (Hallway, Turbolift, Holodeck...) and made them accessible
- added the Lower Deck ship minimap
- and cleaned up some loose ends
I added the CRQ list as indicator what is done and what is open. Release is about 80% done. The major open quests is only the multiverse pod quest.
The animations and gallery scenes are planned, but need to be set up and rendered in the next few days. V0.4 Beta should be available around 12th of march, VIP EA release plan remains 17.03.
(sneak peek screenshot: T'Ris goes to apply for the uniform permit so we get that EXH stat up ;)
