Its a bit expensive, I know, but I really don't make that much money off the sale. I tried to price it fairly, but since this is an on demand publisher I can't really lower the price that much. :( It would cost me a couple grand to order books from an actual publisher at this point, but maybe someday I can set up a kickstarter for one! :)

Haha, yeah, I feel ya :X The only reason I put it up now is because I wanted to use their 20% off sale to buy my own copies. I don't plan on removing it from lulu.com, so it'll be up there for good unless I need to revise it. :D
