Dracotaur Boyfriend: Saba 2 (rough draft)

Sometime has passed since the team and I were hired to take care of those bandits in the farming village. I had wanted to invite Saba to join us after the fighting was over, but somewhere in the scuffle he vanished. I searched for him, finding only his dented helm at his campsite. I took the token with me, keeping it hidden amongst my things. Every so often, I would look at it and run my finger under the devit where my foot had kicked him.

I do not blame him for running, in fact, I understand it. After everything he said, I suppose my views did not align with his. It’s easier to run, and that’s fine. The only thing that hurts is the ‘what-if’ of it all. What could have been. What I genuinely felt. I had grown feelings for Saba, I admired his strength to stay so assured that there was still good in the world and he was willing to shoulder it. There was attraction between us, and something more than just surface things. There was a connection, even if our lives were different, even if we stood on opposite ends. It hurt because of that connection.

A job was taking us to another small village. This one housed a nobleman who had hired us. Apparently there were strange creatures in the woods who were eating his sheep and injuring the people working his land. He wanted us to hunt this creature and kill it so he could stuff it and put it on his mantle. The village was quite well off compared to others I had seen. So I figured it would be a good place to hang around for a while, pick up work, easy coin. I had little doubt in my mind that whatever was happening on the nobleman’s property was either wolves or his own laborers making up stories to cover the fact they were robbing him blind. It happened more often than you’d think.

Once we arrive and get settled, I realize I had forgotten to pack my whetstone. I left to go find the local blacksmith to purchase a new one or have him sharpen my blades for me. Going into town I asked around and one old man gave me a strange response.

“Well, to tell you the truth, we have two. There’s the old one and the new one. Now the old one is where you’d expect. Just follow the smoke. But the new one, who may be weird, but he’s good at what he does, you follow the river to the old mill. Not the new mill mind you. The old one. You can tell it’s old because it doesn’t have that wheel anymore. The new one has it. So you want the old blacksmith in his usual place. Or you want the new blacksmith in the old place.”

“You said the new one is good. I’ll just go find him.”

“Oh yes, the new one. Weird fella. Big lizard with four legs,” he chortles. “Never seen sucha  fella. Probably why he took the old mill. People don’t know how to handle their different sometimes.”

I stop and look back at the old timer. “A lizard with four legs?”

“Like one of those fancy horse people you see walking around these days. The whatcha’call’em.” He snaps his fingers as he tries to think.

My brow pinches. “Centaurs?”

He points at me. “That’s the ones. Quick thinker you are, young lady. Must got a brain as big as your arms.”

I leave, even though the old man is still talking away. I follow around the river, seeing the new mill, and then further down there’s the old one. I can see smoke coming from the chimney, and when I let myself inside there’s noise from the back.

I step in, looking around. The place looks temporary, as if he’s only here to work. I know it could be a longshot that this dracotaur is Saba, but I can hold out hope can’t I? Saba said he liked to go wherever he felt needed, but surely he’d have somewhere to go when he was tired. Somewhere he could rest and wait to see where else he could go to play the white knight. I step inside the shop, feeling the heat coming from the back room. On a table there I see a few pages with sketches crudely drawn on them. Some looked like armor, others had weapons. One had a very detailed image of a helm that was quite rounded it at the front.

I look back, hearing someone curse in the room beyond me. I gather myself and go through the door, knocking on the frame. I see the dracotaur standing over the fire and he looks back. It isn’t Saba. His scales are dark gray, and he’s not as svelt as Saba was.

“What is it then?” He spits.

“I-I was…” I hesitate, taken aback that it wasn’t who I expected it to me. “Sorry I was-” I move my fingers through my hair to push it back from my face. I clear my throat then. “I need a whetstone? And if not my blade needs sharpening.”

He holds out his hand and crooks his fingers. “Let me see the blade.”

I take my sword out and offer it to him. “Surprised to see any dracotaur around these parts.”

“Doesn’t happen often,” he grumbles as he looks over the sword. “My cousin and I came here after he was kicked out of our homeland.”

I look around his workshop, seeing tools and heavy sheets of metal hanging all over the walls. Everything looks old, but the placement of it all feels new. As if the tools had been memorized somewhere else for ages and were now growing used to their new home. “Kicked out?”

“Place is closed off. No one gets in who isn’t one of us.” He lays my blade down over an anvil as he turns, reaching behind him where he pulls down a  which he throws around his shoulder then holds straight and stiff with his arm. “Cousin, right dumbass he is, thought this rule was old, thought we needed to make room. So he helped these Orcs you see? Got him in hot water. And me being equally the dumbass, I decided to go with him.”

“You two are close I take it?” I ask.

He takes my sword and begins running the blade up and down the strap. “Never used to be until then,” he sighs. “He was just some dumb kid I often cleaned up after. Thought the world was a place of good if only people knew better. Now, he and I are brothers.”

I rub my arm. “I know the type.”

He looks up at me, his eyes a sharp green. “You come across dracotaurs often?”

I shake my head. “Just once. Made an impression.”

He chuckles, holds up the blade, turns it, then places it back against the strap. “What are you here for then?”

“To get my blade sharpened.”

He snickers. “No. No. You don’t come from these parts. The air around you smells different.” He takes the blade and points at me. “Not to mention, this sword was forged with Charbagne metals. Goblin handle.”

“I’m here for work. Lord Carverstone as hired me and a few of my own to take care of his ‘sheep thief’ problem.”

The blacksmith snorts. “That man is a loon. Probably hired you just because he wants the attention.” He takes the blade back to the strap. “Mercenary?”

I nod. “That I am.”

“Told my cousin he should take up that line of work. But he refuses money. Says the good of his work is what matters.”

I furrow my brow at him. “I could use an extra set of hands,” I say as I try to sort this out. “Where is your cousin?”

He points up. “He is of no use to anyone right now. Came home with a hole in his gut.”

“Is he okay?” I gasp.

“Came home didn’t he? Healing alright, but healing takes time. He’s been moving around more and more. Sometimes he’s out in the back practicing. Mind if I look at this a bit longer? I’ll sharpen it for free.”

I shrug. “I have no where I want to be today. Lets say I come back in an hour?”

“Lets.” He says as he lays my sword back down.

I go outside then look up at the windows, hoping to see a familiar face above. I then walk around the house, going to the pasture beside the mill. The grass is tall and overgrown, and ivy has taken over the entire side of the mill. Everything is green for miles, and for a moment I get lost in looking for the end of it. I then hear a sound, someone struggling. They rise up, having been laying down in the tall grass. The sun hits his scales, making them shine pure white before going pale silver. I hold my breath, not letting myself get excited until I see his face.

Saba turns around, spotting me staring and his eyes go wide and his jaw falls slack. He turns completely and I see the long red scar along his stomach. He places his hand over it, looking down then looking back up at me in surprise.

I swallow but my mouth has become dry and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. I push my hair out of my face and I find myself having to laugh from disbelief. I smile at him, squinting as the sunlight falls into my eyes.

“You look familiar,” I say. “Didn’t you save some chicks once?”

He closes his mouth again and his jaw flexes. “Arika, it’s been a while.”

I press my lips together tight. “Didn’t have to be.”

He comes through the tall grass, standing right before me. I’d gotten used to feeling bigger than others, being around him I felt so small again. He looks down at me, reaching his hand out to touch but quickly recoiling it back.

“What are you doing here?” He asks.

“Lord Carverstone hired me. I forgot my whetstone so I came here to get my blade sharpened.” It’s silent for a beat between us and I am chewing on the tip of my tongue from nerves. “You cousin is cool.”

“Olli,” he murmurs, still in a slight shock. His hand remains on his stomach.

I nod. “He said you had gotten hurt.”

His hand tightens over his stomach. “I did.”

I step closer to him, touching his hand and gently nudging it down so I can see. I run my fingers over the healing scar then gently rest on my hand on his side. “Not too bad. Just got grazed was all.”

“It still hurts from time to time. That’s why I was laying down.”

I move my hand away from his scales and look back up at him. “When did it happen?”

“Month ago,” he says quietly.

I furrow my brow and nod. “Back at the village?”

“Arika, I-”

I huff and shake my head. “Well, I’m glad you’re okay. Gutted but okay.” I try to keep a stiff upper lip about it. “Glad to see you’re still up and going.” I playfully punch his arm. “So-” I sniff and rub the side of my nose. “Your cousin still has my sword.”

“Arika,” he says again.

I glare up at him. “Don’t you Arika me,” I growl. “You don’t need to say my name at all.” I force my hair out of my face again. “So don’t worry about what you’re going to say after it.” I frown up at him then quickly look away.

“You’re still here.”

“Your point?”

Saba holds his hand out to me. “Can you stay for a spell? I’d like to talk to you.”

I take his hand and he lead sme through the tall grass, taking me down a bank that leads to the river. There are big stones there that look as though they go deeper down into the earth.  Saba has me sit upon one and he lays down beside it.

“Waters seems to be a recurring theme between us,” he says gently.

I watch a leaf get rushed away by the current of the water. I then glance towards Saba whose eyes are focused upon the water as well. I take a deep breath then sigh. “Maybe it is.”

“The lake and the waterfall,” he murmurs, “I still think about it often.”

I pull my legs up to my chest and focus my eyes beyond the river. “What about it?”

“Everything happened so fast,” he breathes. “I didn’t expect it too, but when I do think back on it, it’s all a blur. The waterfall, you, my hands…” His voice drifts away for a moment. “I wanted it so badly, but I didn’t think about it at all.”

“It wasn’t the time to think.”

“Maybe not, but that’s not the sort of person I am. I was rushing, I was confused,” he runs his hand down his chest. “I didn’t know exactly what to do.”

“Obviously you did, that’s why you’re here now.” I stretch my legs out and brace my palms upon the rock behind me so I can look up at the sky. “It’s fine.”

“Is it?” He turns to look at me. “Are you really okay with it?”

I don’t answer him, I just keep my eyes turned towards the sky. “I’m just upset that we didn’t get to finish.”

“Is that the truth, Arika?”

I look back at him with a scowl. “Want me to finish it now?”

He frowns. “You can tell me.”

“It isn’t anything you need to worry over. Like you said, it happened fast! There was nothing to think about. We both gave in to our baser desires. What is there to linger on or even think about?” I look back up at the sky. “Unless you want to do it again.”

Saba sighs heavily. “I thought perhaps there was more too it. I’ve thought about you often since then. I’ve worried that leaving you behind was a mistake.”

“It was, I’m great.” I slip off the rock and stand there. “It’s nothing so deep. But I am sorry it felt fast and confusing.” I look back at him, those green eyes, his soft expression. It squeezes my heart in a vice. “Don’t worry about me anymore. I’m sorry I seduced you like that.”

His smile is faint. “I wanted you to. I’m sorry I left before anything could be said.”

Then it’s done with,” I chuckle. “Nothing left to be said.”

He looks down and is silent.

I take a small step towards him. “Isn’t there?”

He sighs and raises his head. “If you want to end it here, I am fine with that.” He looks at me and nods again. “It’s just been nice seeing you again.”

I take another tiny step towards him, squinting my eyes so I can examine him. “What else do you have to say, Saba? If you have more to say then obviously this isn’t over.”

He watches me in silence, his eyes falling over me before he comes to focus on mine. He takes a small breath then lets it out slow through his nostrils. “I want there to be more between us. After what happened, fast though it was, it only happened because there was something else there. Something bigger.”

“You think so?” I ask hopefully.

He nods and his small smile grows larger. “I feel it even now. But that could be me being foolish. I do not know where your feelings on this matter may lie.”

I clear my throat, trying to hide my excitement. “I like to lie on the right side of the bed,” I say with a smile. “But, I don’t know how a dracotaur is supposed to lie in a bed.”

He laughs, cupping his hands over his face. “We stand or we lie like this,” he chuckles. He looks at me, a great big grin upon his face.

“And how do you fuck?”

He breaks into a smirk. “With great joy.”

I close the distance between us, capturing his face between my palms and kissing him. “I have thought about you often. Somedays I cannot think about anything else.”

He kisses my cheek then nuzzles against it. His fingers comb through my hair and breathes in the scent of it. “I have dreamed about you under that waterfall often.”

I chuckle and place small kisses on his chest. “Have you now? Tell me about those dreams. What am I doing to you?”

“Driving me crazy,” he laughs. “You looked like a goddess then. Still do.”

I smirk up at him, smoothing my hand down his chest and onto his stomach. “Is that all I do? Stand there naked and silent.”

“Not always,” he chuckles. “Sometimes, you move very vigorously, and your voice grows very loud.” He places his hands upon my shoulders and whispers into my ear. “But I will not tell the full story for fear something may arise.”

“Let it,” I say with a smirk. “I still owe you a debt after all. The least I can do is take care of those things that pop up.”

He kisses me again, slipping his hands down upon my waist. “I remember how warm, wet, and inviting you were to just my fingers,” he growls into my ear. “I can only imagine how you’ll feel accepting both my shafts.”

“Both?” I say breathlessly.

He nuzzles to my cheek again, breathing softly against my skin. “Is that too much?”

I bite my lip. “Can I see?”

Saba lifts his front legs onto the stone, lifting himself up so I can see below. I kneel down, touching his flank as I maneuver under him. Right away, I see a slit opening and two protruding heads are beginning to peak out. I rub under him, gently moving down to touch the sides of the slit. Above I hear him moan and I press more. The shafts begin to edge out, appearing quite slick. They’re dark red in color with bulging black veins. The tips are pointed and fade down into ridges and a thick base.

I rise up on my knees a bit, grasping on in my hand while kissing down the side of the other. Above, Saba whimpers and moans, obviously trying to control his movements. I take one shaft into my mouth, sucking slowly before moving to the other. There’s a taste to them that’s almost sweet, a touch bitter. I moan as I take the second shaft deeper into my mouth, whale rubbing the other between my palm and cheek.

“It’s...so warm!” He pants from above. “Arika, that feels so good.”

I reach down inside my pants, touching myself. I moan against him again, moving between the two cocks until they’re throbbing and very hard. The tips have swollen slightly and have begun to leak that sweet bitter liquid. I strip away my pants, touching myself more. I’ve grown extremely wet from sucking him, and I want more than my own fingers.

“Arika, is everything alright down there?” Saba pants.

I turn around and back myself up against him. I rub myself against his cocks and his hips shuder, bucking up against me. I giggle and bite my lips, rubbing against him so one shaft is between my thighs and the other is against my ass.

“I can feel you!” Saba pants. “Oh gods. You’re so-” He pulls back, but I just chase after him. He grunts and presses closer, moaning above as his front feet actually chip at the stone.

I reach back, taking the cock between my legs and place it so it will slip inside me with a single motion. I rub him there, letting him feel me before I ease back upon him. My voice slips and I moan out, taking his cock deep inside of me. His other ruts against my ass, dribbling down between my cheeks.

Saba moans and whimpers, trembling as he tries to keep himself still. “I thought I remembered everything!” He gasps. “But this...oh gods this!”

I giggle, thrusting back upon him. He’s quite big, but I’m eager to take every inch. I move to take him inch by inch, slowly working my way down. His second cock throbs and spurts, and I reach back to stroke it as I move.

“Arika! Oh gods!” Saba is panting desperately. I am surprised by how vocal he is.

“You can move if you want. You don’t have to sit so still,” I moan. “You can fuck me as hard as you want.”

He moves slightly, enough to where he grinds deeper inside. I moan loudly for him to hear and he bucks again. His tail swings out behind him, kicking up dirt and splashing in the river. He thrusts upwards, nearly picking me up off the ground. I pull him from me, moving the other cock in place. He snarls and thrusts harder, his other cock rubbing up between my legs and hitting my clit. I squeeze my thighs tight around him to keep him there, gasping for breath for a new more hard thrusts.

“I’ll come!” Saba pants. “I’m so close!”

I push back upon him, moving myself until I felt my insides tremble from within and slowly move so I am trembling outside. I gasp and try to breathe as my eyes blur from crossing. His hips move, bucking hard all at once. I am done for. I can’t hold myself back and as soon as I begin to cry, he let’s go as well. I feel him spurt up my belly and over my thighs, his load spills inside me as well.

I sway, unable to stay up and I fall onto my knees. Saba moves down from the rock. He curls around me, pulling me close to him. His tail and arms wrap around me and he kisses me all over. He rubs down my legs and pulls me up so I am resting on his side and not the cold ground. I kiss his side and  lounge there, almost melting into his scales.

Once we’ve rested a moment, I pull my pants back up. His eyes remained focused on me as I do, a small smile on his mouth. “What’s that about?”

“You saying I shouldn’t smile after that?” He pulls me back in, kissing my neck and ear. “I always smile when dreams come true.”

I giggle as he holds me, feeling strangely soft and alight. “Was this a dream?”

“Perhaps.” He kisses my cheek. “I never told you about it.”

We walk back up to the mill and I take my sword back from Olli. As I go to leave Saba follows beside me. “I have to take care of this problem for Lord Carverstone,” I say. “Will you be here?”

“I will be,” he says with a nod.

I smile back at him. “Then I will see you soon.”
