Slime Girlfriend: Vida 2 (complete)

Female Reader x Female Monster (both cis)

When the lockdown happens, you’re a bit relieved you’re in your new home, rather than the tiny apartment you used to live in. At least you still have things to do, like finish unpacking, organize, and help Vida with her work. You’re also grateful you had Vida around.

Due to the sudden demand for face masks, Vida is hard at work using all the scrap fabric she has making them. There are times she’s in her basement studio all day, and you barely see her at all. She’s adamant about making enough masks so she could sell some, as well as have enough to give away to people.

One day you wake up to hear her working downstairs, so while the coffee maker starts up, you go to check on her. She’s at her desk sewing, a box of premade masks at her side.  “Hey, how long have you been down here?” You touch her shoulder and notice she feels a bit strange, almost spongy. She usually feels slick and gooey. “Vida.”

She looks up from the sewing machine. Her mouth is cracked and shriveled. “I’m almost done.”

“Seriously, how long have you been down here?” You gently pull on her chair. “Come upstairs with me.”

“No, it’s fine.” She tries to pull herself back to the desk, but her hands don’t stick to the table like they usually do.

“When was the last time you took a break?” You force her chair back more. “You don’t look like your usual self. You’re worrying me.”

Vida frowns and keeps her head down. Even her ‘hair’ is less molded than it usually is. Her glitter freckles look dingy and dirty, and her usually pristine dress is wrinkled and stained along the front. She places her palms over the big stain on her skirt and sniffs. “I’m just trying to help. I want to do this.”

“You have to take care of yourself, too.” You pick Vida up out of her chair, finding her shockingly light. “Come on. You can take a break for five seconds, this pandemic isn’t going anywhere.”

Vida whimpers, laying her head on your shoulder as you carry her upstairs. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to make you worried.”

You place her in a chair at the table. “You look tired. What do you need? Something to eat? Drink?”

“Just some water?” She pats her hands around her face. “I didn’t realize I had gone without for so long.”

“Should I run you a bath?” you ask as you fill a cup with water.

Vida reaches for the cup, taking a drink before she makes her reply. “I’ll be fine after this. I’ll make sure to take...”

You slam your palm on the table before her and give her a stern look. “No. I’m not letting you go back downstairs today. You deserve a break. You don’t have to do everything at once. Set yourself batches to make rather than making them all at once.”

“But there’s a shortage of...”

You slam your palm down again so she can’t finish. “Yes, but you’re just one person, Vida. You’re not going to save the world. All you can do is what you are capable of.”

Vida looks at you, some of her glitter looks sparkly again. “Only one day.”

“Good, and tomorrow is just half a day. I don’t want you working yourself to dehydration again.” You fill up her cup. “After I have my coffee, I’ll draw you a bath and you can relax there as long as you need.”

“I’ll be fine with...” She cuts herself off as you give her a look. “Thank you,” she chirps sweetly. “I suppose I have been ignoring myself for a few days. When I get focused on something I tend to do that.”

“Don’t worry, I’m here and I’ll remind you.” As you coffee makes you watch her sip gingerly at her water. “To be honest it’s been kind of lonesome here when you’re down there working.”

“It is?” She tilts her head up. “I’m sorry.”

You pour milk into your coffee and sit down beside her. “It’s scary right now, I get it. I’ve been trying to keep my mind off of everything too. I look outside and I see no cars. No people. It’s almost like an episode of the Twilight Zone. Everything feels so desolate and empty.” You place your hand over hers on the table. “I was relieved I at least had you to go through it with.”

Vida smiles shyly, taking your hand and holding it tight. “I’ll temper my focus and try to be more present here.”

“Thanks. Maybe I can help with the masks too, so you’re not having to work alone so much.” You give her hand a squeeze. “Now, let's go fill the tub for you.” You stand up, but she keeps her hand locked with yours. You take her to the master bathroom off your bedroom. The tub is huge, and you’ve only ever used it once or twice because you don’t like the amount of water it uses. For Vida though, you’re willing to fill it to the brim.

“Just lukewarm water is fine,” Vida says.

You start the water running, then turn back around. “I’ll get some towels. I think they’re still in the dryer...” You stop speaking as you see Vida bare. Her body is a little opaque from dehydration, so you can see the more subtle curves and lines that the clearness she usually has hides. Vida perches on the edge of the tub, looking like a gemstone mermaid.

“Perfect.” She melts, quite literally, into the water, turning it bright pink. Part of her head pokes to the surface, and she smiles. “I really did need this!” She sighs dreamily. “I don’t need the towels, so don’t worry about it.” She rises further out of the water, regaining her luster and glow.

“Glad to help.”

You sit on the edge of the tub, and Vida grabs your hand. Then she laces her fingers with yours. “Why not join me? I’ll turn the heat up for you.” Her cheek presses against the edge of the tub, and she wiggles in the water.

Your body warms up, tingling slightly with the idea. “It’s okay. You should relax.”

“You were just saying downstairs you were lonely.” Vida tugs your hand. “Come on, it’s fine. Just the two of us.”

You feel a bit guilty giving in so easily. You strip off your clothes, and Vida makes room for you in the water, which is now nice and warm. You keep your knees pulled up to your chest, feeling shy about your naked form. You sit there in the quiet, with only the sound of rushing water from the faucet. Looking up to the ceiling, you try to keep yourself from growing anxious. Vida happily splashes around in the water, blowing bubbles as she keeps her head close to the surface. “Do you not like bathtubs?” she asks.

“I like them,” you answer. “I’m just used to having showers.”

Vida lifts up more, her body clear and glossy again, making the glitter sparkle brilliantly. “Lillian loved this tub. She would spend hours in the bathroom. This is my first time using this bathroom, actually. I usually just use my little tub downstairs.”

You smile shyly in return. “Are slimes aquatic then?”

“Not exactly.” Vida sighs. “Slimes are more water-based, but we don’t need to live in the water. Too much, and it’ll dissolve us and make us weak.” She cups water in her palms which starts seeping into her. “I used to live in a sewer. Most slimes stay in colonies and clusters, and it’s very rare to see one as an individual.” She glances up to you again, a slight pout on her lips.

“Is that why you stay inside the house?” you ask.

She nods, then shrugs. “There was a member of my colony, someone I guess you would call a brother. He decided to go to the surface, to be an individual. He inspired me, and I wanted to go too. But when I left...” Her voice cracks and her lips press into a firm line. “The world was cold, and I had trouble navigating where I was. I grew weak because of the frost, and that’s when that raccoon grabbed me. I really thought I was a goner, but Lillian appeared. She saved me and took me in.”

You touch her arm. “Did you ever find your brother?”

Vida shakes her head and quietly answers. “No. I grew too scared. I fear he died like I almost did.” She sinks back down into the water.

“Maybe once this is all calmed down, we can try,” you offer. “I’ll help you look for him. How hard can it be?”

Vida perks up again, turning to look at you. “There’s so many slimes out in the world now. It could become really difficult.”

You hold your hand back out to her, slowly letting your legs down from your chest. “I don’t mind. If it’s important to you, it’ll be a worthwhile endeavor.”

Vida rises, taking hold of your hand while leaning in closer to you. Her soft lips press against yours, but it all happens much too fast. The touch is brief as Vida sinks back down into the water. “Oh!” You touch your fingertips to your lips. “You’re welcome, I guess.”

“I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” Vida chirps from the water. “I got so excited and I should have asked! But the moment was so sweet, and then you said all those things!”

You smile, thinking just how cute she is. “It’s okay, really. I did like it, so you don’t have to worry.”

Vida peers out of the water. “You sure?”

This time you lean down, kissing the top of her head. She rises higher, coming in close. Her hands cup your cheeks and she sighs gently. “Is it really okay?” she asks.

“Of course.” Your heart pounds excitedly as Vida kisses you again. She’s timid at first, slowly moving closer, kissing deeper. You moan softly as her body molds around yours, squeezing your limbs before she takes her full shape. Then

Vida pulls back slowly with a whimper. She clears her throat and presses her forehead to yours. “That was nice.”

“It was.” You smooth your knuckles along her cheek. “I really like you, Vida.”

“I like you too. I have for a long time now.” She kisses you again, then sits on the edge of the tub. “You need towels! I’ll go fetch them!” She goes to the door, glancing back at you as you smile. “I’ll be very quick! I promise.” She disappears from the bathroom and you happily clap your hands around your face, feeling so happy about that kiss.

When Vida returns, she wraps a towel around you and helps you step from the tall walls of the tub. You sit on your bed together. “Want me to paint your nails?” Vida offers.

“Sure,” you answer. “I really only have two colors through, black and another black.”

Vida hops off the bed, her body jiggling slightly. “Lillian has a bunch. I think they’re all in the bathroom somewhere. Do you trust me to pick out a color for you?”

“I guess.” you say shyly.

Vida goes back into the bathroom, and after a while she returns with a few bottles in her hand. She lays them out on the bedspread and takes your hand, inspecting your fingernails. For some reason, there is an intimacy in her holding your hand and stroking each finger. You hold your breath while she does it. “Let’s see,” she murmurs. “I think a green or blue would look really pretty on you.” She reaches for one of the bottles and compares the color to your hand.

“I’m surprised you didn’t pick pink,” you chuckle.

“Then I would just put myself on your hand.”

Your cheeks burn, and she giggles coyly. Clearing your throat, you try to talk again. “Well, it wouldn’t be the worst thing.”

Vida kisses your knuckles. “Flatterer.” She sits back, applying a base coat to your nails. The way she holds your hand almost feels luxurious. She’s able to hold the bottle by sinking it into her leg, while she carefully glides the brush along your nail. It’s quiet for a long while as she paints. She glances up at you, catching you staring at her. You quickly look away, but you’ve already been caught.

“What is it?” Vida asks.

“Nothing.” You shake your head. “You’re really cute, that’s all.”

Vida giggles. “I was just thinking the same thing about you.” She takes up your other hand to paint it. “I wasn’t sure how you would feel. I mean, after all, I’m not exactly a real girl.”

Your brow pinches. “What do you mean?”

“I’m a slime,” she says simply. “I don’t have a gender, technically. I’m not human. I didn’t know if you would be attracted or not. As long as you were my friend though, I was happy.”

“Gender isn’t a factor for me,” you murmur. “I like you for you. I like Vida, slime or human.”

Vida’s hand holding yours squeezes a little tighter.

“You’re cute and sweet. I liked you right away.”

She’s straining to hold back her smile. “I’m going to mess up your nails if you keep talking like that.”

You chuckle and relax again. “If this quarantine ever ends, one day maybe we could go out to see a movie together.”

Vida nods gently. “I would like that very much.” She lifts her head back up to look at you. “Something romantic?”

You close the gap between you, kissing her and making the nail polish smear across your hand. Vida whimpers softly, leaning in with a gentle moan at the back of her throat. She pulls back reluctantly. “I should clean your hand.”

You pull her back in, kissing her deeply. Vida grabs the towel, tugging it as your kiss deepens. She presses close to you, feeling cool and slick against your skin. There is a moment of quiet and calm. You both pull apart slowly, panting. “Sorry,” you whisper.

“No, don’t be,” Vida giggles. “I liked the sudden excitement.” She then looks at your hand. “I just need to clean up this little mess is all.” She uses some acetone to mop up the mess then smoothes some lotion over the skin.

You watch as she finishes painting your nails, a giddy smile on your lips. “Sort of wish you had nails I could paint for you.”

“You could just kiss me some more once the paint is dry,” she teases coyly. “I’d like that very much.”

“I’m surprised,” you laugh. “You look like such a cute little housewife, I almost expected you to want to go slower.”

“I told you, I’m not a human, I’m a slime. I don’t exactly feel sexual attraction the same way you do. But I do have a desire to touch and be touched. I get this feeling of vitality when I do.” She smiles brightly at you. “Kissing you makes me feel even better than the water does.”

You blow on your nails, hoping to make them dry faster. “I would certainly love to help recharge your battery, then.”

She sets the polishes aside and leans in again, kissing you and pushing you back at the same time. Her arms wrap around your neck, holding you close to her. Your hands begin to sink into her body, feeling the thick, silky texture that makes her. “That feels nice,” she whispers into your ear.

You get a spark of an idea in that instant. “If you like that, when why don’t we try something else?”

She tilts her head to the side with a coy smile on her face. “Oh, really? What did you have in mind?”

“Lie down on your belly, relax and get comfortable. I’m going to give you a massage, since you like being touched so much.” You get up from the bed so she can move into place. She spreads out and stretches before relaxing. You climb up beside her, finally just letting the towel fall away. Ever so gently, you stroke up her back, letting your fingers each have a moment to touch her. Vida shivers, whimpering softly as your breezy touch washes over her. You squeeze her shoulders, pressing your fingers into them and smoothing down. You glide your fingers back down then up again, slowly intensifying as you go.

Sinking in your fingers, you rub and squeeze every inch of her back, down to her rear and the back of her legs. Vida is making soft sounds of pleasure that begin to grow louder. You climb on top of her, straddling her legs so you can really sink your hands in. You can feel Vida tremble against your palms, even sucking on your fingers as you knead them in.

“Are you enjoying yourself?” you whisper into her ear.

“I can’t quite describe it,” she mewls. “It’s so intense, it makes me weak yet alive. I feel like the ocean crashing onto the shore, turning to foam, to sand, and back out into the deep.”

You kiss her neck and shoulders, dragging your lips down and moaning against her skin. Vida lets out a sharp, high-pitched cry. She buries her face back into the bed and rakes her fingers against the sheets. You kiss again, purring softly for her.

“Enough!”she whines. “If you do any more I’ll melt for sure!”

You chuckle softly, gently touching before you let her relax. She gasps for breath, mewling as she rolls over onto her back. She catches her breath before she speaks, clapping her hands over her face. “I’ve never felt that way before.”

“Did you like it?”

She peeks between her fingers at you. “Very much. I did.” She rolls onto her side as you lie down beside her. “Thank you.”

“My pleasure.” You meet her soft kiss, but you know it’s still an overwhelming touch so you leave it gentle. “You’re still trembling.”

“With strong hands like yours, I will be for a while,” she giggles.

Your heart pounds. “That’s the sexiest thing anyone has ever said to me.”

She rolls up in a ball and wiggles back and forth. “You’re sexy!”

You both laugh and giggle, trading soft kisses before you curl up together in bed. She lays her limbs over you, gently stroking your face while gazing into your eyes. “I’ll give you a massage next,” she whispers.

You kiss her palm. “If you like. I welcome all your touches.”
