Imperial Kindred Sea Guard

We're launching the first product of the year: the Imperial Guard of our Imperial Kindred. As you will see, we've decided to retain all the classic traits of the line, but we've incorporated some elements reminiscent of the generic sea guard. The idea is to maintain coherence with both references so they can be used in any of the armies.
In this case, we've opted for long padding to make them slightly lighter than the phalanx.
However, I have a doubt: should we keep the current size of the shields, or use smaller ones like those in the Macedonian phalanxes?

Actually, thinking on this the regular Sea guard already have a nice big shield for this type of unit, I do think the small-shield and spear is something I would like to see done by you guys, as the range lacks it for the moment.

2024-01-11 21:48:26 +0000 UTCKeep the big shield, and the shape to be honest looks nice, the hard edges look slightly menacing which I think looks good on Sea-themes high elves who should be a bit more tempestuous.
