Server Upgrade!

TL;DR We have 300+ active users; the server needed an upgrade. We have a leaker angry at my site; we had to install secure anti-DDOS systems.

Update: We added a Cloudflare subscription to prevent DDoS attacks, as it seems maybe it's in part some nonreal users who are... you know...

But look, this is one hour, and we have all the new traffic. I see some of you are from Brazil or Indonesia? This is so cool.

I'm DONE but this should protect the site now, I can sleep soon.

Note: Since we swapped whole servers, you may need to clear the cache to see it. Some browsers will try to connect to the older server because I think there are DNS issues. Try another browser if you see it in one and not the other; it's a DNS issue.

We’re experiencing way more traffic than I ever expected, and it’s slamming the site—crashing it left and right. The problem’s simple: too many of you awesome folks are piling in at once, and the server just can’t keep up. It’s an old PHP Lightsail instance with a CDN busting its ass to watermark images per user and stop leakers, but this surge is overwhelming it. We’re fixing it, though—upgrading the server to something beefier that can handle the load. Hang tight while we get this sorted

Explanation:
Why is the site buckling? It’s because a single post on Patreon can turn into a stampede. When I drop something new—especially if it’s juicy or long-awaited—you all get the notification at once. And bam, hundreds of you, like 300 or more, rush to check it out simultaneously. That’s a tidal wave of traffic hitting the server in one go. It’s not built for that kind of instant swarm; it’s also grinding to watermark images and block leakers. So yeah, that’s why it crashes—too many of you awesome folks diving in at the exact same second!
