Hi everyone, here is the fifth WIP for the Burnice animation!
I have now finished the third main portion of the animation as well as the outro, so the whole rough animation is now finished! It's exciting to finally be able to put the whole thing together. At almost five and a half minutes, this is turning out to be my biggest project so far. Even though it wasn't really intentional, I've honestly just been enjoying working on a larger-scale project like this and having the room to include a bit more story and dialogue since I feel like it definitely adds a lot!
In addition to the two scenes included in this post, I've also gone back to the earlier scenes and tweaked a few things. I switched the order of two scenes and partially redrew one from the first section, removed a scene from the second section that I found didn't really fit that well, and also adjusted the timings for a few things here and there.
I've put everything together into a video that you can find attached below, so you can finally see everything put together!
I'm going to start getting ready to send it out for dubbing, and in the meanwhile I'll get started on the cleanup.
Thanks for your continued support, stay tuned for more updates!
Hi everyone, here is the fourth WIP for the Burnice animation!
I've finally finished the second main portion of the animation. I meant to have this out a week or two ago, but as you can see from the previews I kind of went a bit overboard and added a few more cuts to this part. When storyboarding, I initially planned to only have 5 or 6 cuts, but it wasn't really smooth enough for my liking when I animated it so I ended up adding a few scenes to make it flow a bit better.
This project is unintentionally turning into a pretty big animation. I did initally want to make it a bit longer than the Ellen Joe animation, especially the intro, since I feel like that one was a bit short in certain parts. However, for reference, this section alone is the same length as the whole Ellen Joe animation, and I still have another whole section planned in addition to this one and the previous two.
I am excited though, since I've been enjoying adding more narrative elements to the animations reccently and I think it makes them a lot more interesting to watch.
Thanks as always for the support, more updates coming soon! Happy holidays!
Hi everyone, here is the first animated update for the OC project!
This is mainly what I've been working on for the last two weeks or so. I've animated the shots from half of the first page as well as all of the second page of the storyboards. Since this is the intro sequence, I want to use it to show off the setting and character design as much as I can, so there are a lot of slow, large-scale shots of the setting and also a bunch of the character from a variety of angles. I've used ton of panning and camera effects here to try and add some movement and make things feel a bit less static.
The main reason I've skipped the first half of the first page is that it's pretty much all horse riding shots and it turns out animating horses is pretty hard, so I'm going to return to those a bit later after consulting some quadruped locomotion tutorials and doing a bit more studying.
A lot of the early storyboard pages are from months and months ago when I was not only a bit less experience in making storyboards but also had a much more vague idea of what I wanted this project to look like, so I've ended up having to tweak a lot of the scenes and even added a few new ones. Most of these tweaks were in the second page to make things flow a bit more smoothly from one shot to another.
The next sequence after this is the first fight scene of the animation, so I'm looking forward to trying my hand at that since I've never really drawn anything like it.
Thanks for you continued support, more updates coming soon!
Hi everyone, here is another update on the OC project.
I have finally finished the last batch of storyboard pages! I was actually closer to the end than I thought so there weren't that many pages left to do. I'm excited to finally be able to start working on animating this! It's been quite a while since I started working on this but it's taken this long mainly since I was only working on it for a bit here and there. I am planning to work on it a bit more regularily from now on, and I'll try strike a balance between working on this and the usual fanart animations.
At this point I've kind of said all that there really is to say about the storyboard over the last few posts so I don't really have much to add here. Now that the all the boards are done, you can finally get a full idea of the story that I have planned for this animation. If you're interested in that, you can click here to see the last post, or go check out the collection that I have for this project. I honestly have no idea how long this animation is going to be but if I had to guess I'd probably say somewhere in range of 10-20 minutes. I'll probably get a more accurate idea the more I work on the animatic.
Speaking of which, I've already started working on it. I was planning to get back to work on the Burnice animation after finishing the storyboards but I got a bit too excited and ended up spending a bunch of time working on this project instead, which is why there hasn't been any updates so far. I'll try and get an update on that out by next weekend, but if I don't, then I do have enough material lined up for a first look at some of the scenes I've animated for this project so expect a post next weekend on either this or that.
Thanks for your continued support! More updates next weekend!
Hi everyone, here is the third WIP for the Burnice animation!
I've finished the rough animation for the boobjob scene for this update. I've kept everything pretty similar to the storyboard, the only main change being that I changed the first cut to a close up since I felt like it fits better that way with the next two cuts.
I really like how Burnice's expressions turned out in the second cut, I feel like I managed to capture the playful/teasing demeanour that I was aiming for. The flow in the second and third cut also feel really good so far. The first cut still feels a bit choppy, though I'm hoping that just due to the lack of inbetweening as of yet. If not, I might adjust the timings for the keys, or the animation itself a bit more later on.
I got a bit busy this month, so this update took a week or two longer to finish than I had hoped. I'm planning to put out an update on the OC project by the end of next week, and then the next WIP for this animation hopefuly within the first week of November, so stay tuned for that.
Hi everyone, here is the second WIP post for the Burnice animation!
I've gotten started on the rough animation and have finished the portion for the intro scene. I expanded it from the storyboard into six cuts to better sync up with the dialogue that I came up with.
I'm trying to improve upon a few things I wasn't satisfied with in the Ellen Joe animation, and one of the main things for me was the intro. My two main issues with it are that it was a little short to really set up the scene (which wasn't that big of a deal assuming you're familiar with the trailer) and also that some of the movements felt a bit stiff.
Since I need to make the intro scene a bit longer this time around to properly set the scene, I made an effort to try and improve on my character acting animation and make them a bit more expressive. I found that animating the lip flaps for the dialogue really helped me with drawing matching expressions and such, though I suspect I'll have to tweak the timings a bunch once I get it dubbed. I don't really mind though, since I think having a more expressive rough animations will help the VAs as well with understanding the tone I'm trying to go for, and I won't have to rely as much on my amateur vocal direction XD
I'll aim to get the next page done in the next week or two, so please look forward to it! Thanks for the support!
Hi everyone, here is the first WIP post for the next animation featuring Burnice from ZZZ!
So to start off with, I've spent a bit longer than usual doing the planning and research for this animation. I've been lucky so far with my ZZZ animations as the character trailers have given me pretty easy scenarios to adapt. Unfortunately, in Burnice's case, her trailer is basically just a music video and doesn't really have much in the way of a plot.
As a result, I've decided to try and just come up with my own premise for this animation. In an effort to try and accurately portray her, I've done some reading through her wiki and watched a few clips of story scenes from the game featuring her, and the general conclusion I've come to regarding her traits is that she's cheerful, outgoing, and perhaps a few cards short of a full deck. If we were to plot her on the proverbial hot-crazy graph, she would most likely be up and to the right. So the outline I've come up with so far is that she hits up the proxy (i'm pretty sure that's what everyone calls the player), they have a bit of a chat, and she initiates a bit of intimacy (it's definitely more than a bit). I feel like having Burnice having a generally assertive role in each of the three scenes fits her character pretty well, and will also be nice change of pace from the last animation.
I haven't come up with the dialogue yet, since I want to do a bit of animation first and see what fits, and if necessary then I'll adjust some of the timings and even add an angle or two. I've also used some black boxes in the storyboard to mark transitions like the ones I had in the last animation.
I've already gotten started on animating a few of the intro scenes, so I'll definitely have the second WIP out next week. I hope you look forward to it!
Hi everyone, here is another long overdue update on the OC project I've been working on in my downtime.
It has been a good while since the last update on this. For a long time now, I've mainly been chipping away at this inbetween working on my regularily scheduled animations, but I've been finding it quite frustrating to work on it in this way. Since I'm still working on the story for it, every time I come back to it I have to figure where exactly I left off how I had planned for it to continue. While it is nice to get a fresh look at it and work out some of the things I might have missed the last time, it has made progress on it slow. Lately, I've been thinking to switch between this and my regular animations a bit more frequently so I can make more steady progress on it.
So you may notice that this update has a lot more pages than previous updates, and there are a few reasons for this. First off all, I have been working on this a bit longer (the last few weeks or so). However, these pages are also fairly less detailed. In most of the earlier pages I was working with a lot of establishing shots. Since the main things I needed to figure out for those was the setting and composition, I could get pretty detailed with it, and I did so partly to also do a bit of worldbuilding as well with the setting and architecture. Since the character's movements were also mostly limited to 'walk here' or 'interact with this' I could also afford to be a bit more detailed with her too.
However, as we are now reaching the climax of the story (both literally and figuratively if you catch my meaning) I'm being pretty sparse with the detail. Since I don't really have any clue how to storyboard action and fight scenes, I'm mainly just trying to capture some vibes here if anything, and just work out the details when I get to animating it. I'll probably just reference a bunch of other animators works who are far more experienced and skilled when it comes to that stuff.
The last few pages here are mostly dialogue, but I have yet to write any of it so I mainly just outlined a few different shots, angles, and expressions and will sort them out some a bit more thoroughly when I figure out they're gonna say.
Throughout these pages, I've also been pretty sparse with the details on the character's outfit. If you look back on the previous pages you can see I've changed my mind on some of the clothing details multiple times and, truth be told, I'm still not entirely certain on it even though I've put together a rough character sheet. While I am certain on of a few design elements and the overall vibe of the character, I'm going to wait until I have all the boards done to come to a decision on the more practical elements of it.
In any case, I'm getting pretty close to finishing the storyboards for this project. I would say there's maybe a dozen pages left at most and it's probably the stuff you are most looking forward to seeing so I'll try to have them out a bit more of a timely manner. I'm also really looking forward to actually starting to animate this thing so I'll try and get them done sooner rather than later.
I've organized all the previous posts into a collection so feel free to check them out if you missed them!
Hi everyone, I've closed the latest character poll and tallied the votes. The winner for this poll is Burnice from ZZZ!
The Ellen Joe animation was a lot of fun to work on and I'm excited to try and create something in a similar format this time as well. I hope you will look forward to it!
Concerning the polls, after thinking about it some more I've decided not to proceed with the running tally. I liked the idea of it and it seemed like a nice way to get animations for characters that regularily place highly but don't win. However, on the other hand I think it would feel unfair and disheartening to vote for a character and for that character to win the poll, only for them not to get an animation because of another poll from several months ago that you didn't know about or participate in. It just seems seems to me like it defeats the point of running the poll in the first place. Hopefully that makes sense.
I really liked how my last ZZZ animation featuring Jane turned out so when I started working on this one, I decided I wanted to do something similar. While Ellen's trailer did have a pretty different vibe, I felt like it still was still enough for me to work with and I decided to make an animation based on the second half of the trailer. After reading Ellen's wiki page a bit to try and get a better grasp of her character, the maid-themed 'housekeeping' company that she works undercover for inspired me to create a plot where they offer couple extra services. I felt like that in contrast with Ellen's snarky and disinterested attitude would make a pretty exciting combination.
In order to accomodate this idea, I expanded the format a bit from the Jane animation. In lieu of making a bunch of alternate versions, like I've been doing for the last little while for most of my animations, I've made this one much more varied with plenty of different scenes.
To start of with, I made an introductory scene with inspired directly from the trailer, but changing a few details to transition into the next set of scenes that I had in mind. Since I decided to make the pairing a threesome, it was fun to make a variety of different angles and various positions. I also included two transitions that were intented as timeskips to separate the various scenes and I also tried to illustrate that with a few extra details like making the characters more disheveled and sweaty as the animation progressed.
This was also my first time doing some direction for the voiceover. Usually I just send the animation over to my VAs and let them do their thing, but since this one had some dialogue and structure to it, I needed to direct them a bit more. It's honestly harder than I thought it would be and took a few retakes to get it to sound like what I had in mind, but I definitely still have lots of room to improve.
Overall, I tried a lot of new things with this one and a lot of it was pretty challenging since I haven't done something to this extent in a long time, but I'm reallly satisfied with how it turned out, and I definitely learned a lot while animating it. However there are also a bunch of things I could improve, which I am excited to work on in the next animation!
Also, on a more technical side, I've made some changes to my workflow when exporting to try and improve the animation quality and reduce certain artifacts, expecially color banding since this animation's colors being on the darker side this time combined with my coloring and compositing style caused quite a bit of it. I changed the raw file codec to DNxHR and my final export codec from h.264 to h.265 10-bit. I read that this might be incompatible with some hardware/software. Basically, if you have any issues playing the videos, please let me know and I'll add a version with the previous export settings.
As always, thank you for the support! I hope you enjoy the animation!

As always, thank you for the support! I hope you enjoy the animation!
Hi everyone, here is the 16th (and last) WIP post for the Ellen Joe animation!
I've finished the lighting and coloring for the rest of the scenes (except for the last one, didn't manage get that one done for this post unfortunately). With the coloring now almost done, all that's left is to draw the backgrounds for each scene and then just composit everything and do all the final color grading and editing.
I will most likely have this done in another week or so give or take a few days, so I hope you're all looking forward to it as much as I am! This has been a really ambitious animation so far, so I'm hoping it turns out well.
Hi everyone, here is the fifteenth (probably penultimate) WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I've finished the lighting and coloring for the first main portion. In total, I'd say I'm two thirds of the way through the lighting and coloring. I'll post one more WIP when I finish the lighting and coloring for the rest of the scenes, and then all that will be left after that is to draw the BGs and then do the compositing and editing. All the SFX work is already done so i'll just need to put everything together.
In total, I'd say there's just another 2-3 weeks of work left to finish it, but I'll try my best to get it done in 2 so I can have it up by the end of this month.
Hi everyone, here is the new character poll! So many good suggestions!
Just like last time, I will tally the votes across the three tiers once the poll is over.
I'm still a little bit on the fence concerning the running tally. With how close 2nd place was in the last poll, she's basically guaranteed to win this one if I include the votes from the previous poll.
I think I'll just run another survey when the time comes to close this poll to guage how you guys feel about that.

Hi everyone, here is the fourteenth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I've finished the lighting and coloring for the intro portion of the animation! Conincidentally, this was probably the largest portion in terms of workload, since there was quite a decent chunk of frames to animate and I had only sketched the lighting for a handful of the keyframes. The lighting for the rest of the animation, with the exception of maybe the first half of the first climax scene, is pretty throroughly animated so they will probably be faster to animate since I won't have to do as much inbetweening.
It's exciting to finally see the animation in color since I know I'm getting close to finishing it! After so much time spent staring at the linework, I think it's looking really nice with color even before any of the compositing or color grading.
Edit 21/06/25 - Fixed an issue with the uploaded images not appearing in the post.
Hi everyone, here is the thirteenth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I've finally finished the cleanup for the animation! The last cut is done, and I've also gone back and corrected a few inconsistencies between previous cuts and done a few more corrections. I've uploaded all the updated cuts in this post.
The animation is now gradually nearing completion. I still have to do the lighting, coloring, backgrounds and editing. It's been a pretty ambitious project so far, but if all goes well, I should be able to get it finished within the next few weeks. Once I start on the lighting and coloring, it should also start to look much more complete, so I hope you all look forward to that as much as I do!
Hi everyone, here is the twelfth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
This one didn't need that many corrections, aside from redoing the shape and detail on the skirt a little bit since it was mostly out of frame in the rough animation. I was a bit busy this past week, so it ended up taking a few more days than I anticipated.
But there's finally just one cut left to finish the cleanup for, I'll try and get that one done by the end of next week. I'll put all the cleaned up cuts together in that post so you can see them all without having to browse through the last several posts.
Hi everyone, here is the eleventh WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I've finished the first three cuts of the second part of the main section for the animation! There are now only two cuts remaining to do the cleanup for, and then I can get started on the lighting. I'm going to try and get those two cuts done by the end of next week.
The rough animation for these three cuts was a bit more fleshed out, so there weren't as many corrections that I had to do compared to some of the previous cuts.
Hi everyone, here is the tenth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
With this, I've finished the first portion of the main part of the animation. With this and the intro both done, I'd say I'm about two-thirds of the way done with the linework cleanup for the entire animation!
I'm gonna try and get the rest of the scenes finished over the next few weeks so that I can move on to the lighting and start getting to the home stretch of this animation.
Hi everyone, here is the ninth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I've finished doing the cleanup and corrections for the first cut of the first climax scene. This one did also require quite a number of corrections, since I was pretty loose with the details in the rough animation, but putting in the extra effort was certainly worth it as I'm really satisfied with how this scene turned out. I also really underestimated just how much inbetweening this cut needed since a lot of it was on 4s and some of it even on 6s.
However, since this cut as well as some of the cuts from the intro were the most complex ones in the animation, I should should be able to pick up the pace again, at least until the last cut or two. It's not looking like I'm going to finish the animation this month like I initally planned, but I'm making steady progress on it and it's coming together nicely so far at least, which I am happy about.
The next 2 to 3 cuts shouldn't take too long, and I'm even hoping to finish one by the end of the week! As wlays, thanks for the support!
Hi everyone, here is the eighth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I'm still working away at the cleanup for the first half of the main section of the animation. I've finished the animation corrections and cleanup for the first cut of the main section, which is the BJ DP loop. Im about halfway done on the cleanup for the first climax cut as well.
I was hoping to be able to finish all three cuts that make up the first half of the main section for this post, but I'm a bit behind on that at the moment. I'm going to choose to blame all the belts, frills, and chains on Ellen's outfit. It's turning out to be quite a bit of linework.
So for this update, I've decided to show off a bit more of an in depth breakdown of the process for the cut that I've finished. You can see the progress from rough animation, to rough animation with corrections, to cleaned up linework.
Since this is the last update of the month, I did want to make it a bit more substantional, and luckily for me my sfx designer came in clutch and delivered the audio for the animation just a few days ago! I've included it in the attatchments of the posts so you can check it out! (unfortunately still no video upload feature for 18+ creators in the post itself)
Doing audio direction for the VA on this project was actually a bit more tricky than I initially anticipated. I kind of understand a bit more now why there are directors for this stuff in the first place. There's a bit more to it than just sending over some looping sex scene and telling the VAs to go nuts. It took a few retakes, but I'm pretty satisfied with how the delivery for the lines turned out. There's definitely room for improvement, and I'm eager to continue and try to do more projects like this in the future to improve on my direction skills!
Thanks as always for you generous support, more updates coming soon!!
Hi everyone, here's the seventh WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I've finished the cleanup, inbetweening, and corrections for the three cuts in the intro sequence. I was initally planning to finish the entirety of this and the first main section for this post but there ended up being a lot more work on this part than I anticipated, since I kept things pretty loose in the rough animation with regards to inbetweening and detail.
For the most part, the biggest changes here was to the timings and scaling of various sections, expecially the panning shots, as well as some changes to the poses and anatomy.
It was also pretty fun to animate the lip flaps and expressions, expecially for the third scene, and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.
Hi everyone, here is the sixth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I meant to upload this yesterday but ended up forgetting. I've finished the lighting for the rest of the animation.
With this, the rough animation is pretty much done, so I can now move on to doing the cleanup, inbetweening, and animaiton corrections. My plan is to get all this done by the end of this month. Some of the scenes are a bit more detailed than the others so the amount of cleanup I'll have to due is sure to vary for each one. I'll try to stream of it as well, every now and then.
Hey everyone, here is the fifth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
I've gotten started on the lighting, so here is a preview of about the first half of the animation. Since some of the scenes here are relatively straighforward, mostly the panning shots, I've just done the lighting on some keyframes since the rest will be pretty simple to do during the cleanup portion later.
I've also gotten back both of the VA tracks and they sound great so far! I've sent them off to my audio designer for mixing so I should have the finished audio ready to share pretty soon. I've also started streaming some of the work in this over on Picarto so feel to drop by if you're interested, I usually post on Discord and Twitter when I go live.
Hi everyone, just wanted to give eveyone a small update regarding a recent addition to my page.
Due to popular request, I have added two collections organizing my animations to make it easier to browse all of my works! (since Patreon's search browsing functions are a bit finnicky sometimes)
You can find them here, or by clicking the collections tab at the top of my page.
Hi everyone, here is the fourth WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
Big milestone! I've now finished the rough animation of all the scenes for the video and put them all together. In addition to what I've shown so far, I've added one more short scene at the end to give the video a bit of a conclusion. I've also made some corrections to earlier scenes, mainly the BJ finish and the DP loop.
I shortened the video a bit to get it to fit in the preview, the full length one is attatched below.
I've also added a few timing variations to the looping portions to make them a bit more interesting, and also added fading transitions to give the implication of short time skips.
I'm now going to start adding some more inbetweens in critical areas to that I can get this sent out for sound design as soon as possible. I'm also planning to get started on doing the lighting, as well as putting together some of the BG sketches for the scenes that don't have them yet.
Thanks for the support, stay tuned for more updates!
Hi everyone, here is the third WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
This post is covering the DP scene from the second part of the main section that I mentioned in the last post. Trying a couple of new angles for this one, I think they're looking pretty nice so far.
There's going to be one final scene at the end to wrap up the animation so I'll have the full thing ready for next week's update. I'll also do some small additions and corrections for the existing scenes to make everything flow a little better.
I'm also preparing to send it out for dubbing so I should have at least the female VA ready in 1-2 weeks.
I'm also planning to stream some of the work on this later on like I did with Jane Doe, I think that would be pretty cool.
Hi everyone, here is the second WIP for the Ellen Joe animation!
Since I've ended up making a few more cuts than I initially planned to for the main portion of this animation, I'm probably going to split it across two posts, since I'm still working on some of the cuts in the latter part and I'd like to post these progress updates a bit more consistently.
I'm planning to have two scenes, each with a few cuts and a climax at the end. This first one is a spitroast scene, while the next one is going to be DP. I've also taken a small liberty with Ellen's design and swapped out the pantyhose for stockings since she does need to be somewhat undressed for this but I still want to keep part of that design element. I'm also not planning to do any outfit variations for this animation just due to the sheer number of cuts, so I'm making sure that the clothing arrangement I choose fits nicely with every cut.
I'm thinking about having a hard cut to this scene from the intro, but then a fade out/in from this scene to the next one to indicate a short time skip, and then maybe also a short outro scene.
It's been interesting working on these since I'm planning on using the same aspect ratio as the trailer that this is based off of, and I'm not used to it so it's been a bit tricky trying to get everything I want in the compostition to fit. It's also a bit more cinematic, so I've been incorporating some more camera movement than I usually do.
I'll post the next part same time next week, so please look forward to that!
