February Week 4 - Update

Hey, guys!

Got some REALLY important stuff to mention. But firstly, here are some of the H-scene shots that you can expect for Harley this update!

Firstly, just as a general news about me as a developer. I've finally submitted a FULL version 1.0 of my first major NSFW game, A Town Uncovered to my publisher. I mention this because not only is it a huge milestone for me, almost a decade in the making, but this has a MAJOR affect on Sugar Service's development.

Starting with Version 0.14, set to release on the 3rd of April, we're going to be releasing consistent updates on a MONTHLY basis. This does not mean we're doubling the amount of content we're doing per BETA update, we'll instead be splitting what we would usually do every 2 months into halves so we can provide you all consistent, playable updates every month.

If you still choose to check back in every 2 months, you can and every 2nd update will essentially include the same amount of content as it originally would. We are basically restructuring the work pipeline.

For public releases, starting with Version 0.13B, we'll be releasing them every 6-ish weeks. Either on the 3rd of the month, or the 17th of the month. You can expect a slightly more frequent update as a free-player.

Version 0.13B will include the finale of Harley's storyline. We're finishing off all the assets required but we're seeing that some CGs may not be complete by then. We're prioritizing the 9x H-scenes before working on anything else.

We've also started to include foreplay content for EVERY H-scenes. These aren't visual content rather, erotic writings to better set the mood and setting and allow you, the player to play it out in your head for a little bit. These aren't long pieces that drag on, but they are enough to really elevate the experience.

Lastly, I've hinted a lot about an update to the consumables for the card game but we're unable to work on any of it this update so we hope for 0.14, we'll get to it and showcase the new experience which will help provide more strategy and decision making and minimize the punishment of RNG without turning the game into a 'click the correct card' simulator. We do still want somewhat the excitement of pulling out a win when things are seemingly against you, it IS rock-paper-scissors after all. It's a gamble.
