Are you ok with heavy duty production posts?
Added 2024-02-26 19:19:38 +0000 UTCI'm doing a lot of task wrangle-ing and want to know if you want me to post spreadsheets on sheets. We're moving to scrum/agile. One cool thing about that is that anything I do, you can basically show (not all of it), but it can have more visual results instead of waiting for a giant piece of software.
I'm learning on it, so maybe any agile experts can help if anything seems out of wack, but it's boring shit that will cover any gameplay event situation and visual. The game never expanded in size, but I need to understand how big it is. It would be better to have that visible so we can make realistic deadlines on this and not kill ourselves because nothing is being seen.
Will it make development faster?
I don't know. I need to organise a big project regardless. I want a more transparent approach.
Will this affect the trello?
This is for the trello; I was wondering if you wanted to see that process.
What is Agile?
The Agile methodology is a project management approach that involves breaking the project into phases and emphasises continuous collaboration and improvement. Teams follow a cycle of planning, executing, and evaluating.
Scrum, on the other hand, is a form of organising and splitting tasks focused on the user. I use it from day to day, but I do not do many tasks for myself. Which shows.
What do you mean with graphs?
I mean, it's going to be promptly 200+ "User Stories," and we need to write all of them.
