Hey! I don't think it's possible to convert adult clothing into toddlers/children, at least this style since it has a completely different body shape! :( For it to work, new ones would need to be made completely from scratch fitting their bodies! I don't really specialize on kids clothing, the only time I did it was some conversions from very flowy pieces which easily fit into their bodies, so it's kinda difficult, but I'll take a deeper look into it and think about it! ♥
