Announce about Starter tier
Added 2024-03-31 16:12:17 +0000 UTCFrom now on, I will be reducing the amount of work I upload on Starter tier due to the low number of support members and It makes a lot of posts. NFSW Reward will upload at Supertier instead.
For starter tier will be just giving free support or distributing some art.
