I understood how to do it and managed to give it proper form, so I’ll show you.
筋肉の作り方が分からなくて、ずっと悩んでいました🥺
やり方が分かって、きちんと形にできたのでお見せします。

彼の筋肉は本来もっと滑らかなイメージですが、
今回は練習も兼ねて、凹凸や形が分かりやすいようにしています😣
