最后最后还是不能运行的，借用 leoxuusa 朋友的方法试一试吧：
无法安装或者运行此游戏的，可以尝试使用Locale Emulator。下载安装后，右键.exe后缀的文件Locale Emulator -> Run in Japanese (Admin)

前两次进入游戏会闪退，第三次就正常了，如果还不行建议在运行配置中勾选上伪造语言相关注册表键值和伪造系统UI语言。但还是会出现显示语言错乱的问题，建议还是下载制作软件解决。
