Crumble's Monthly Newsletter #1

Hello hello hello!!

I'm gonna try doing a new thing! A monthly patreon newsletter, on the 20th of every month!

In these newsletters I will be giving you all updates on non-harmony related projects that I'm working on, projects that you'll all be credited in once they release!

Firstly, I'm working on an animated webshow! An object show to be exact, it's called "For The Hell Of It" (FTHOI) and it's a simple jokey competition show, with the twist that the art style changes every episode!

I haven't had much time or motivation to work on the second episode, mostly because it's taking a while to get all the proper voice lines for the characters! The episode is ~30% done though! It won't be very long, likely only 2-4 minutes, but I think it'll be fun and I hope you'll all enjoy it once it's out!! By the next newsletter, the episode should be ~50% done (if not more, assuming the voice lines arrive!).

Secondly, I'm working on a turn based roguelike RPG game called "Merchant Quest"! I took a long break from working on it around late 2023 because I didn't have the time or energy to, even if it's not a very ambitious project, but I'm ready to go now, and it should be done in 2025! Right now I'm just working on the UI, I have some placeholder UI already, but I'll make some new UI to go for a much cleaner look! The base UI should be done by next newsletter, so look foreward to that!!

Thirdly, I'm working on a youtube video! Yes! I've never made a big video project before, but I've recorded and audio-edited a 45 minute video about one of my favourite game, Lunacid, where I rank it's areas! Since audio editing is complete, all that's left is video editing! And, if I work on it bit by bit every day, it should be done in around a couple months, since it is a pretty long video!

I hope this has given you all a good idea of the kinds of things I get up to when I'm not working on my harmony drawings! I have other things I want to aspire to do and want to learn to do!! You will all be like, credited in all of these projects as soon as they release, I'll even read your name out loud in the Lunacid video!

I hope to give you an update on these side-projects on the 20th of next month!!

I actually have exams next month, so maybe there won't be THAT much progress, but, I will do my very best, and I will update you all, and I'll even give you all early access to them so that you can share your own opinions and feedback!
