Chapter Four Begins!

Hot and fresh out of the colouring oven, it's … CHAPTER FOUR!

This newest episode of young Alexandra's unfortunate travails should continue for the next ten weeks or so, as I post between four and six pages a week.

For the uninitiated, these are essentially finished pages. You're welcome to dive into them now, or, I don't know, read them whenever and however you like. You know what you're doing. These are either fun to follow along with as I finish them (careful though, they're still hot), or they're a massive spoiler risk. For now, I only post them in the Patreon image carousel, so if you want to save them for later, just don't click through to the Patreon page.

All I know for sure is that you, Dear Reader, helped make it possible to dedicate my time and energy to these pages, and in return it is my pleasure to share them with you.

On a related note, if you would like to change anything about how you (who are a patron supporter of this project) are represented on the public Patron Acknowledgement pages, and you haven't attacked it already, here is the form to do so.

Last week I said that pages took an hour to get from colour prep to finished colour. I spoke too soon. The "Real Colouring" step takes longer, maybe two hours or so. It's longer on pages like the one with the big town vista, where there are so many elements to balance.

Okay, I'm going back to colouring, before Life Stuff tries to steal me away.

I'm so happy to be finally sharing a new chapter with you all!

Thank you again for your support and enthusiasm!

Until next week,
I remain,
Someone sane,

TC

Ahhh, I can see why you would say that. That makes sense. But I think that is supposed to be dad’s line. It’s ambiguous, especially with the question mark. I’ll go in and clear it up one way or another. Thanks for the catch!

Great. Shouldn’t the “Stay safe?” speech bubble point to Delilah rather than her father?

Things I love: - The colors: Superb - The repeated opening phrase with a revealing twist - Automatically being led vertically on the final page due to the colors and panel delineations
