2022-11-08 04:50:06 +0000 UTCIt took me 4 attempts to listen to this entire story. Head hit the pillow and I was out. But, I finally heard it! I have never heard this particular version before and, upon listening, I realized it has been quite some time (a very long time) since I have actually seen the movie, so many details that I had forgotten were brought back to life. The story rings differently with the sisters involved and quite honestly, I prefer this version. It literally states how beauty is not in physical appearance but what is in the heart of a person. So much more than just a bedtime story, it is what more people should take into account when think portraying physical "beauty" and "perfection" is what is most attractive. At least that's my opinion. With social media allowing people to filter their images to such a degree they seem physically flawless, I would much rather see the reality. Show me a good deed, heartwarming story or people helping people. That's beauty. Well, that's also my rambling and again, only my opinion. (As per usual, no review, email, note, etc of mine is ever short. Bad habit or just habit, period?) ππ However I would be remiss to state I didn't love the forehead kiss and the adorable banter. It simply wouldn't be a lovely bedtime story without those elements. Wonderful job as always. I'm so glad I stayed awake (finally) to listen all the way through. β€οΈ (Yup, that was a novel. My apologies.)

You have a special way of reading bedtime stories.π₯Ίππ₯° Every time you say "It's time for bed..." i have to grin and every time i can't wait for the forehead kiss at the end. This time it took me three attempts to hear the story through to the end, before i always fell asleep blissfully. Thank you very much it was just perfect. π

But it was so worth staying awake for the whole story!! And the ending β¦ tucking us in, snuggling close and giving us a forehead kiss! ππ₯Ίπππ₯° This was just perfect!
