I have an audio idea, but your board is closed. Sooo.... My idea would be something like you are on the phone. Listener comes in the apartment and overhears your conversation. But it's a big misunderstanding! You talk like you cheat on listener, having a big secret behind her back. Eventually you say since she's pregnant she is too busy with baby stuff, doctor's appointments etc. and she won't find out. That's when listener let's get keys fall on the floor and you hear that she is there. Listener running away, you catch her outside but the noises fade away, listener gets unconscious. You are very worried. When listener gets wakes up again it's time to reveal your secret. But it's not what she thinks and you tell her your big surprise...
