As you already know, all three girls had the terrible luck that their ACs broke down on the hottest day of the year until now. So they contacted the landlady and asked her to send technician to help them out.
Well, the AC expert is in the house and the first stop is Fer’s apartment. He managed to repair the AC unit, and when it was time for him to leave for the next apartment, Fer found out that she was being charged for the service… She thought it was getting covered by the landlady through the repair policies in their contract, but it wasn’t.
But the Technician might have some other idea to sort things out, will they come to a mutual agreement?
Will Fer actually know what he means by an “agreement”?
This is the 2nd part of our story, but still more to come for this hot story.

I hope you continue to enjoy this mini comic series of mine, I enjoy making them while working on my regular content.
