While working more on Leah's Birthday scene, I tried playing with some of the girl's hairstyles to make them fancy. Changing their hair hasn't worked well in the past, as it can often make the girl unrecognizable.
Still, I was happy with how things turned out here with Ashley, Brittany, and Jenn all letting their hair down and Laura putting hers in braids.
It was easy enough with Ashley, Brittany, and Laura, as their hair sets are in multiple pieces that can be mixed and matched. Jenn's, however, is only one piece, so changing her hair is the most dramatic. Without being able to keep her bangs, her face isn't framed quite the same way.
Still, I thought it turned out pretty well.
What do you think? Is Jenn still recognizable?

I threw in a few more pictures of Jenn to compare, both with a couple of older ones and one with the new hairstyle and her glasses.

2022-02-03 14:48:01 +0000 UTCHair color is definitely the biggest factor, because to me it's like she got a super nice wig. The hair looks nice, but doesn't look like its hers. I think you can change the style or the color but not both, not without a solid gap of time to adjust. Everyone else looks great though. Just Jenn where it doesn't quite work.
