Proof of Life #304: Revelations and decisions

Hello folks, I hope you’re having a nice morning/afternoon/evening and that you’re in good spirits as you stumble upon this PoL~ If you’re expecting revelations, I’ll be disappointing you, the revelations are more likely to happen in-game. Decisions too.

So, the past week has been dedicated to the second scene of the update, which for some might hold more importance than the last one, depending on your fetishes and preferences, although it’s mostly there as one of the few story beats meant to set up the last scene.

I’ve finished the scene, added 90% of the custom animations, although I haven’t tested it fully yet. The scene will be a bit more intense than initially planned, but you’ll see once you play it.

I’ve also received most of the new assets for the church which, similarly to the inn in Lily’s last quest, will undergo somewhat of a makeover.

The only bad news is that one of the main artists for HC3 has now taken his yearly break and won’t be available until the end of February, so I’ll have to mostly rely on the only remaining artist until then. He’s been doing excellent and fast work lately, so I’m positive it won’t impact development speed a lot, if at all.

That’s about it for this PoL. Not a whole lot to say. I’ll see you again next week. If all goes well, I’ll have started/be about to start development on the last scene (and then all that will remain will be the extra scene). See you next Monday!
