Proof of Life #238: The plot thickens. It's so very thick, you wouldn't believe it.

So, I am finally back to Europe. As expected, the moving process did take a lot of time and energy out of me, so my working schedule remains out of whack. I had to take two days off last week, one to prepare before my flight, and one to recuperate after a 24 hours trip during which I got about an hour of sleep. Being tall in a plane is a curse.
I'm currently still searching for an appartment and crashing at my mother's place for the time being, meaning my working schedule will remain unsteady until I've finally settled down (jetlag ain't helping either). I still work on the game every day though, mind you, and made decent progress so far.
For now, I've mostly spent my time writing the story. There will be a fair amount of dialogue and narration, as you might expect from a major story update. I've been thinking of different way to incorporate spicy scenes in the meanwhile. I've got an interesting one in mind which I'll start working on very soon. Will it be hot or not, we'll see!
I've also sent a bunch of commissions for custom story-related assets, and also a new narrative illustration (not a character portrait).
I appreciate the patience, and I apologize that this update might take more time to come out than usual! I'll see you next week for more HC3-related news ; )

Sorry for the late replay, I was sleeping. Someone else posted the solution to this error on another forum, please see it it works: "Regarding "no error description found 0x8096002A", I was running in to the same issue and did a bit of research. It appears to be a RAR issue with Windows 11, and the current (easiest) solution is to download 7zip and extract via 7zip rather than using the extraction included with Win 11. In the event you're not using Win 11, I would still try downloading 7zip and seeing if that resolves the issue."

I'll be moving out in the middle of next month, so at least there's that. I've already got something planned for Cyanna, although it's not exactly a new outfit (might add one though, since her civilian clothes haven't changed since the beginning of the game). As for Rose, I still need to decide. As for the full body portraits, I'll see. They could certainly benefit from certain... "improvements"^^

For those who haven't played it yet, please don't read--- You are mostly correct, although where we left off in the main storyline, Leto went off on his own to look for some clues as to the king's possible whereabout after he heard he and/or his wife might still be alive. That means he's not on an official mission. As for Jazon, he might or might not be on a mission.

2024-09-17 14:37:19 +0000 UTCOk I'm gonna go ahead and make my best guess for what's gonna happen: MC and Jazon are gonna get sent on a long term mission that reunites MC with the forest people he met a couple of updates ago. While he's gone Cyanna and Rose will get more corrupted either by being more accepting of sex or getting some more people involved (I doubt they're at the raw sex threshold yet. N_Taii tends to hold off on that until they're well and truly corrupted). Also I think that Jazon's gonna have some sexy times with the forest people while he's there. That's what happened in HC2 and I thought it was really well done. So yeah, I'm look forward to seeing if I'm right or wrong on this. Can't wait for the next update :)

I hope the two girls for the main plot (Cyanna and Rose) get made to wear new outfits while the MC is away. I really like the full body outfits feature and character pages that you added this game, but it feels like Cyanna's and Rose's outfits don't quite reflect how far their corruption has progressed. ( Lilly and Haylen pics are great thought! Thanks for that). Again, thanks for all the great work! I've loved all three of the your games, and its really cool to see how you manage to make each new game better than the last!
