I'm not sure which one does what, but it's better to get both at the same time to make sure your saves don't get messed up.

2024-08-29 17:22:38 +0000 UTCLoaded my last save and it's Cyanna in office, scene plays, then brings me to title screen. Use one of the saves provided (Update 15 start) and it starts me in the middle of Quest 19 with Jazon at the fancy inn with the nun
