For me, first week of work after a month of semi-holiday has gone well, although I'm still adapting to my new environment, so everything is a bit... slower.
A lot of the past week has been spent making maps for the new Lily quest, and extending its contents further than initially planned. The initial quest plan I had in mind turned to be too short, so I added a new part to her quest, which still needs to be developed. The relationship between Lily and Nezar the magic shop owner is slowly turning into something a bit different than I had initially planned, but it's quite fun to write honestly. Her questline might be one of the most difficult to come up with new ideas for, because it doesn't follow the same pattern as the other threewomen.
Rose always needs more energy from the Duke, Cyanna is slowly succumbing to emotional blackmail and her desire to protect Leto, and Haylen is being manipulated using her good nature and maternal instincts, so the pattern for progression is quite clear, but Lily's progression is less linear, so I often have to think of new situations to take her corruption to "the next step". It's more of a challenge, but challenges can be fun too ; )
Anyway, sorry for the ramblings, I hope what I wrote at least somehow made sense^^ I'll see you next week with more Lily!
Btw, billing will be resumed starting next Sunday, just letting you know.

Not necessarily. First, he has no reason to suspect Rose since he's not able to see her often enough to notice the change. Second, everything Rose and the Duke has done has happened behind closed doors that Leto doesn't have access to. Calling him clueless isn't really fair. Also if you play HC1 and 2 the threat of pregnancy looms later in the corruption stages in those as well but does not actually occur until the endings.

2023-10-10 12:29:16 +0000 UTCI'll see how I do it. I still want her to be "tamed", or at least more submissive. It doesn't mean her corruption will overwrite her entire personality though, but she is more likely to go from feisty to playful towards Nezar, if that makes sense

Nezar never asked for repayment or even tried to blackmail Lily with it, all he wanted was to get her into the right mindset to manipulate her later on ("you did something bad, but I can fix you if you listen to me" kind of deal, then taking advantage of her guilt). While their sexual relationship could be called BDSM-ish, it won't become too extreme either, just enough to reshape her personality. I want it to be a bit more complex than whips and chains^^

2023-10-09 16:33:19 +0000 UTCYou have a great point, the rest of the girls you have a set pattern to work with while with Lily it's somewhat different since there's nothing going on with Nezar (only that he's paying her back for trying to steal the plant). I was expecting Lily's story to be the one that was going to give you more complications when developing her relationship with her antagonist; and although of the 4 is the one I like the least (because I'm not much of a BDSM guy) I do want to complete 100% the route of each girl and because I'm someone who is very interested in reading the story.
