-- Before anything else, I have a small request for some of you: please don’t leak the update. I don’t like to talk about numbers, and I know you don’t necessarily like to hear about them either, but last time the HC3’s update was leaked, my month-to-month revenue fell by over 20%. Hard to think this is just a coincidence. Any more than that, and I would have to reduce the number of custom animations I commission for each update, as well as postpone the complete overhaul of the graphics for future games. Almost everything is going to get released for free anyway, so let impatient people be impatient. Better they get it a bit later than the game’s quality be reduced indefinitely because of budget issues : ) —

Heya guys! I’ve been doing this for 4 years, but I’m still caught off-guard as to how long every little thing can take, so here I am, uploading late in the evening, 3 days later than I should have.

Lots of work was put into this update, as is the case with all of them. The story itself will see less progression, and more emphasis was put on H content. Still, I try to strike a balance between dialogues and scenes, so as not too have too much of either in a row.

Pretty happy with how all the custom animations turned out, and the artists really deserve a lot of praise on this one. Every single scene has a lot of custom animations tailored specifically for the scene they’re used in.

If you’ve looked at the changelog, you can see Rose really is the focus of this Update, but I didn’t want the Cyanna lovers to feel left out, so I went and developed a whole segment only so I could add a scene with her as well : )
