Proof of Life #149: Still on the Side Quests, now it's Haylen's Turn!

Anyway, I'm here to surprise you with my weekly PoL post that you most definitely didn't expect. Same as last week, I'll keep it short, because I've mostly been working on the story and I can't really talk about it for now.
Oh, by the way, public release for the demo is scheduled for tomorrow, in case you'd forgotten. Unless something unexpected pops up, I'll be releasing it relatively early.
As for what I've been doing last week, as I said, mainly story in the form of side quests. Lily's side quest is "mostly" finished. It's been fully implemented and tested, but she'll have an original outfit for it, which I'm still waiting on. As I said, this quest will mostly work as a set up for her upcoming corruption. Since she's a hard-headed girl and I don't want to rely on blackmail for her, it'll also take part of the 2nd side-quest as well to really get things started with our favorite redhead ailin.
Right now, I'm working on Haylen and her own corruption/NTR setup. Due to her passive and kind nature that's easily taken advantage of, I've managed to go slightly faster than Lily and already squeezed in a very early scene. For anyone worried that it might be too fast, it's merely a setup scene, but still enough to add a variation with Omniscient/Partial PoV. The writing is kind of finished for this quest, but I haven't tested it yet, and I'm also waiting on a couple custom animations and sprite specifically for it, so it'll take more time to get it done.
Guilt, envy, past traumas, current insecurities, mental weaknesses,inexperience, and more... These will all play a part in the NTR triggers of HC3, which should hopefully feel pretty believable and fleshed out , but I don't want to get ahead of myself. You guys will be the judge of that, as with most things in the game : )

Just found out that reminisce room shows the omniscient PoV which works for those who want to check out more of a past scene while playing in partial PoV. More options to pick and choose a omniscient scenes while playing in partial PoV would be amazing.

2022-10-18 22:12:25 +0000 UTCWell, since there are no "route" to speak of, only different endings, it just means the provided saves all went with NTR choices only, so they're heading towards the NTR ending. But once I develop the endings, I'll be providing a save for the beginning of each ending so nobody has to replay through the whole game again.

2022-10-18 22:03:01 +0000 UTCThe items in the shop were just meant to add a few more interesting details to the world. While they won't be instrumental the the story, a few artifacst might come into play here and there for some scenes. I haven't fully decided yet.

2022-10-18 12:46:37 +0000 UTCNo offence but i am only playing HC3 for the Haylen character. It would have been too hot if it was mc's real mother like Aywin in HC2. Nevermind excited for her coming scenes
