Update 13 is finally out! (Public ver.)

After over a week of working from morning to night (I worked before, just not at the same rate^^), sleeping under 5 hours last night and not having eaten in the last 24 hours, it is finally here, update 13 containing the NTR ending! Haha!
It is the first time that HC2 can be played from the beginning to the end in one go : ) While I still have a lot to do and 3 more endings to go, I must say I’m pretty proud. I’m happy with what I did, and I hope you will too.
As I said in a previous PoL, NTR ending is roughly 50% story 50% freeroam, the first part being mostly story with close to no H scenes save for 1-2 mini events here and there.
I must add a few things concerning this update:
1) Only one scene has been added to the reminiscence room, the rest of the scenes all being freeroam and watchable as much as the player wants, they haven’t been added in the reminiscence.
2) No new saves have been added either, except for save 14 that’ll take the player to the beginning of the NTR ending.
3) I still intend on adding maybe a few details here and there, like more random NPCs around the map during the freeroam section (currently, most of them are tied to a sex scene).
4) Since there was a lot to do, I only had time to proofread the important dialogues 3-4 times, but the small ones (like during the sex scenes) have been proofread only once. So if you find a typo, don’t hesitate to let me know.
5) It was impossible to test everything with every possible parameter, so while I doubt there are any game-breaking bugs, there might be some immersion breaking bugs here and there like NPCs not supposed to be where they are, duplicate, etc… Once again, don’t hesitate to report them to me if you find such bugs.

Thanks for the feedback. About what you said, the girls never meeting the MC, it's true, I had never thought about that. However, it's not like this can't be added anymore, right? : )

2021-09-13 12:00:34 +0000 UTCI really didn't want to comment – it's always better to listen to your loyal fans instead of random strangers – but I guess I've just become too emotionally involved in this game to keep silent. First of all, thank you very much for this game. It’s better than your previous one in pretty much everything and I had great pleasure playing it. Now, the point is – one thing didn’t change one bit since your previous game. The ending. (And I’m only talking about the NTR endings here, I can’t really judge the other ones because it’s not my cup of tea) The problem as I see it, for one reason or another, you refuse to give closure to the relationships between the MC and his loved ones. You give closure to the story, yes, but – correct me if I’m wrong – you don’t let the girls make contact with the MC after the climax of the story. Not in HC1, not here. They can be in the same room, they can even be aware of each other, but they never communicate, never confront each other, they never even acknowledge what’s happened. And it cheapens the whole NTR aspect, while not doing any good to the overall story. I’ll try and use an example we both know – NTRPG2. At the very end, after all the scenes, there was a moment when both girls walk past the MC, look at him while being groped by the bad guy, and then walk away. Just a little thing, just that simple – and I believe it does give this feeling of closure that I’m talking about. Don’t want to take much of your time, so I’ll stop here. Again, great game, you’ve really improved, I mean it. And, again, I believe that the ending is a failure. I’m not really waiting for any sort of reaction and there’s really nothing that can be said or done, just please think a little bit about what I’ve said here, maybe you’ll decide to do something differently in the next game. Or, well, maybe you won’t. Thanks.

I guess it all boils down to our preferences, but I wanted to make an ending that lived up to its name “NTR ending”, rather than being a “corruption ending”. For me, sharing is more akin to corruption and depravity, and the woman can be depraved and still be in a couple with the MC, she would just sleep around for the thrill of it. However, in NTR, all possibility of the MC and the girl getting together are severed, because she belongs body and soul to another man. This is why I focused on pairings, to show that they fell for another man and drifted away from the MC, and not simply became public sluts that sleep around. As for the corruption, there was at least one scene for every timeframe, sometimes more, as well as more outfit and pregnancy for every single girls + public sex. I found that to be a lot of corruption already. Maybe you expected smaller scenes but in greater number, and see sex at every corner of the map on most timeframes. If so, I understand, but I thought it’d be better to create less scenes but longer, more complex, because those would be more enjoyable to watch on repeat, and be a bit more diverse than just plain animations all over the map. I expected more depravity, way more sharing and i definitely got annoyed by the focus on the pairings..I also didnt really see much corruption arround the tribe as you promised tbh. I expected WAY more from the ntr ending.. If the ntr one was like that Im affriad what the others will look like.. Im not trying to hate on you. I like your work and ive been supporting you (with different accs) since day 1 and i plan to continue, but that was a huge missed opportunity..
