Proof of Life #80: Last Update before the Endings

For those who aren't sure, the new update is to be made available to 5$ tier Patrons by tomorrow afternoon (CET time), so look forward to that ; )
About HC2's development
I'm currently developing quest 39, the last main quest of HC2 before the endings. I wanted to warn everyone that there will be less H content in this main quest as opposed to the ones before that. The main reason is that I still need to explain a lot of things story-wise, like Noah's state of mind, the identity of the blue orb we've seen a couple of times during the story, Celis' origins and why she ended up in that tree, a bit more on the evil entity, etc...
Another reason is the fact that, if the player chooses to proceed with the main quest at some point, all the side quests they haven't done will be counted as failed, so I need to track every NPC in every moment of every side-quest to make sure they disappear if a quest is failed, which kind of takes time^^
In the last updates, I made more room for the H scenes and less for the story. This time, it will be the opposite. I hope you can understand : ) Still, there will be some H content anyway. I just finished a medium length scene with Celis x Edwyr and Zeno x Aywin.
I also want to add one last side-quest, but I'll tell you more in the following weeks once I get to that : )
About HC3's development
Nothing much to report here. I don't work on HC3 yet, but I'm already handling commissions of new environment assets like houses and such. As I said, not much to report^^

Well, since it's mainly NTR, the MC is going to go from defeat to defeat as we see the slow corruption of the female characters. Maybe the writing was a bit weak, but I preferred to have overly smart villains rather than one utterly helpless and dumb MC, which would most likely be less interesting for players.

There are also things like question and exclamation marks, event on the ground, sounds etc... that I need totake into consideration and that aren't listed either.^^

2021-06-14 17:54:30 +0000 UTCYou know, I'm not sure if you already do, but for roam events and side quests, it can help to keep a log in a document of where and when everything is. I do something like that for the d&d games I run. Excited to see the endings!
