There is a meme out there of Logan cutting his stomach with the line the way to a man's heart is through his stomach...that saying I now always think of Logan cutting into himself. The reason why, imo, they cut his claws is it was probably easier to cut into that bone then say an arm or leg bone and allowed them to get to the bone marrow. Bone marrow is the body's blood cell factory and so to get right into that and put it into some else was probably easier. Especially as holding his arms was probably easier than holding him down and going straight for the heart. Just an idea as to why they did it that way. The scene with the monks you kinda missed it but one of the guys sleeves went up and you can see tattoos. Yakuza tend to have tattoos and for a monk to have them is a big no no. I know when I went to Japan a few years ago and was wanting to do some hot springs, people with tattoos are generally not allowed because of the conenction to the Yakuza, some are being nontraditional and allowing people in but it was hard for me to find any. And all I have is a Harry Potter tattoo. Fun actor fact- the actor Will Yun Lee who played Harada, currently playing in The Good Doctor, played the villain in Elektra, another Marvel character. Highly recommend checking that film out he plays a great villain. As for the order of the films, be patients grasshopper you will see soon enough. And most certainly dont watch Deadpool 2 before Logan, Wade makes a huge spoiler at the beginning of his film so best wait to watch Wade after Logan.

Sometimes he freezes a lot of people at once, which I guess can look pretty much the same as freezing time. Sorry the nerd in me had to correct you haha. I enjoyed your reaction, as usual

The reason the movie is so terrible and even worst in some ways than all the other xman movies is the story that caves in on itself when they do the twist reveal of who the big bad was the whole time. It makes no sense, 1st you have the terrible lazy writing of "depowering" wolverine instead of writing a good story. Then you have the massive plot holes of if the old man was the big bad and wanted his power, why not just take him once the Viper woman infected him that night? you have home court advantage and all those men that can over power him until he is too weak to fight then steal his powers, movie is over in 25 minutes.
