Who are your core 5 Extinctioner team members?

2019-03-05 18:14:48 +0000 UTCHmmm, this is hard because there are so many ways I could approach this. Given enough time and a proper direction I could probably whip up something a bit more coordinated but seeing as I dont have that luxury this week I'll just go with the first thing off the top of my head. However given most of the previous comments I'm going to try to go for something a little different. Micro - partly because I can't remember whether Slash has made a canon appearance and given his mission/motives towards the beginning of the series he could serve as a good source of information and perspective to the oncoming invasion. Not to mention he can still maintain the same overall roll he's currently serving in the series providing hardware and information for the team. Vague - apart from personal bias Vague has shown herself to be the most adapt of everyone when it comes to using her powers insofar as she seems to have the most control over them. Using her in conjuncture with Micro and Umnus the three of them could make for a very efficient espionage team when necessary. Not to mention of all the core cast she has more reason than the majority to have a personal beef with what's coming given everything that happened to her in the initial arc. Umnus - like Micro could give a certain amount of perspective on the invasion as well as serve as both a constant reminder and warning of what's at stake should the team fail seeing as his race is essentially extinct/enslaved following first contact with humanity. His powers and abilities could be useful in the grand scheme of things and honestly provide a bit more options than other characters might. Artica - like Vague bit of a personal bias in that if I'm going to have a fox then it's going to be my favorite. Plus having an elemental power on hand could prove rather useful on top of Tica's military background. Alternatively supplement her with a de-collared Twister. Ryan Roo Jr. - I can seem filling the role of team leader a bit more cohesively than either Red, Warfare, or Phenix have insofar as he already has prior experience leading the MechaRoo's and could easily pull from those resources if necessary. While not a telepath he still fills the role of a psychic as well as melee combatant, and there's really no telling how his powers could develop given the opportunity to advance. Either way could make for an interesting powerhouse regardless. Really if it wasn't for that I probably would have gone with Illaroo since he's my fav of the group.

2019-03-05 02:00:42 +0000 UTCPhenix, Artica, Scarlett, Wallace, Umnus. Warfare feels to me like the Silver Surfer joining the Fantastic Four because their battling Galactus. The Fela Sisters and Maxwell are unhappily left out simply because I ran out of spaces, otherwise the team would be 8 members strong. Redford is officially not even a member of the team anyway, so I don't know why people are including him. Micro and Data are support, like Alfred for Batman. Cee Cee, despite being one of my fave cast members is little more than a glorified comms system most of the time. ;,; Pandora is a hard one. She's kind of a supporting member, but I could just as easily slip her into Team Member Slot 9... It was a tough question to answer.

Fenix because she’s a core of the team’s power and their ability to fight Mahn. Warfare and Micro because they know firsthand what Mahn is capable of and what is necessary to stop him. And Alleycat because she’s the heart of the team IMO, even more than CeeCee. Katherine is the Everyman/everywoman that got yer entire world turned upside down, and she’s completely unsure of herself, but she’s gonna do what she can anyway even though she isn’t a fighter at heart.
