Guess I was one of the lucky few. I got my Patreon email receipt as well as a proof of transaction from my bank. Hope this mess gets cleared soon....

2018-08-02 20:27:20 +0000 UTCLooks like the same happened to me. I went and changed what card it's on so that just maybe they will get you your money. They used some international thing that my other bank thought was suspicious.

2018-08-02 19:53:12 +0000 UTCAlready called my bank and got it handled, Patreon decided to change the country they are charging out of to Great Britain, and it was flagged as possible fraud, so they are putting a bunch of cards on suspended...way to go Patreon...

I didn't get a call or email from my bank saying my card got blocked, but the only way for me to get the charge to go through was to call my bank, so letting other folks know what they may have to do.

I TRULY apologize and am sorry how this is inconveniencing many of you. I'll try to do something to make up to everyone for their screw up.

2018-08-02 17:12:55 +0000 UTCIt looks like Patreon pinged my account for $1.00 and immediately refunded it, then tried to charge the full amount, which made my bank flag it as suspicious. I had to call and unlock my card thanks to Patreon. I'm pretty sure that is the majority of this "hickup" is people who got their cards locked out :)
