Throwback Thursday: Umnus Modern Model Sheet
Added 2015-09-18 02:09:08 +0000 UTCWhen I began making new model sheets for the characters, I wanted as much detail about them as possible for my references later on. I actually refer to these very much whenever I'm drawing them now so that I can keep their consistency together. Contrary to popular belief, Umnus does have pupils, but you really can only see them when in color and only if you're really paying attention to the slight lightness of color in his eyes.
Like most Remalons, Umnus is primarily nocturnal, but now that he lives on Alden, he's had to force himself to adjust to a more day time activity level. This however is a bit of a hindrance to his eyes as they are more designed for night time vision than day time. In truth, he probably should wear a type of sun glasses during the day so that his sensitive eyes can see better, but his pride holds him back.
