Fuggin’ tech bullshit strikes again. You should’ve seen my reaction to reading this: I didn’t say a word, just held a prolonged, dramatic facepalm (like, bowing my head slightly and resting my forehead on my hand) and shook my head. If I had a nickel for every time some sort of tech-related nonsense happened either to myself (I’ve been having a lot of buggy nonsense of my own lately, in various places—even more so than is normal for me), to those around me, or to those with whom I have even the most remote association, I’d be a ridiculously wealthy man. This includes computers and other electronic devices acting up around me even when someone else is operating them. This happens consistently enough that it’s unlikely to be mere coincidence. Also I have a long history of having various things go haywire on me personally, including a ridiculous number of video game controllers. It gets really damn old, honestly. Tech bullshit in general gets really damn tiresome. More directly relevant, I’m actually getting quite irritated at how often Patreon gives you a hard time. Whether it’s derping out and not letting you post entire videos at once (which still doesn’t make sense to me, considering the kinds of things that countless creators of all different kinds routinely post. I REALLY don’t think you’re asking too much in trying to post relatively small ASMR videos) or doing stupid shit like this, it’s always finding some way to be a jackass to you, and I don’t understand why. It’s annoying as hell to me, and I’m not even the one trying to post stuff. Incompetence—be it of the human or technological variety—tends to have that effect on me.
