If you're into 20th century science fiction, which includes Star Wars and Star Trek, and you're also into genius-level comedies, you are missing out. Many of the in-movie reference to Spaceballs are a little dated, but I highly recommend watching this Mel Brooks classic.

George Lucas didn't want Spaceballs merchandise to be made available (because, duh) so Mel Brooks had all the merchandising be put into the movie itself. If I recall correctly, Brooks broke a lot of the budget on those toys and goodies. "Spacebballs, the Flame Thrower!"
