Maren and Karen Ref Sheet

Fun extra fact: Maren and Karen were the 3rd and 4th characters I designed, right after Keith (#1) and Raine (#2), and before even Trace and Flora. In the beginning, they were going to have elf-like ears. The fact that they were elves really didn't have any baring on the story at all, and I decided I didn't want to muddle things, so I took elves out altogether and made them human.
Karen is often depicted with two sets of ears, but I've been drawing the human ears less and less, since it is a bit weird when I think about it. XD
