But I'm sure there was legality issues with that considering that was Saban era. Have you just sat a listened to the background music from the zords??? That.....is some serious rocking out music š

2023-04-20 14:19:50 +0000 UTCPersonally, I loved it! I took it for what it is, a celebration of 30 years with MMPR.. I fully expected cheesy 1 liners and a bit of cringey acting before watching it! All those things which made the 90s show epic. I feel they really tried to follow the same format. I mean, there's some stuff which I would have liked to happen, but I'm also ok that it didn't (don't wanna post any spoilers!) I really wished they'd used a suit actor for the Megazord though, some of that CGI was hard to look passed, but I still enjoyed it. Robo Rita what a treat of a character, loved her (or 'it' as it's a robot... she is still Rita though. Just in a robot body... Damn I'm confused XD) I thought her comeback was the highlight for me. I used to think I liked Lord Zedd so much better than Rita..but now, I need to rethink things :P I could go on forever talking about it. History was made! 30 years of MMPR, I really hope others rate it so that there's potential for more of these. A very strong 8/10 (all my opinions though! Can't speak for others :P)

2023-04-20 13:59:54 +0000 UTCLoved it! Lots of great references and a very satisfying continuation. Personally, I didn't need to see my favorite Ranger die in front of me. I would have preferred it just been a flashback and we dont actually see her get hit. Happy for the attention they gave Minh and that the loss of Trini was the focus.
