Technically we don’t know for sure if Ephemural made it possible for all cross-species relations or not. As far as the context and info I have goes, Ephemural (Neutrality), being the “god/dess” over the Keidran, had selected Flora as the savior of the Keidran race, the one who would defeat Trace Legacy, who was the champion of the mask over the humans, Chaos. Knowing that chaos would continue to seek the keidran’s destruction, and since their bond was strong enough to defeat her, she allowed the pregnancy to occur, so that even if Trace relapsed, their child would survive, and, bearing Keidran blood, can allow the Keidran reborn even should the rest be destroyed. In my head-canon, yes, all Humans and Keidran, and hopefully Basitin and Keidran, can have children.

The only ones that won’t be allowed would be things that are presently or might be possible in the comic. Examples of children who can’t be sketched include any Human/Tiger hybrid (because Trace and Flora’s), Keith and Natani having a child (It can happen, but I didn’t say it will), Raine & Sythe’s (or red’s), Maren & Sythe (or red’s). Ones that should be allowed include any Non-Canon or impossible pairings, like Sythe and Fem-Red (fur or no), Evals and Fem-Mike, Kathrin and Eric, or Kathrin and Zen.

Keidran age more similarly to animals than humans. Shorter lifespans, faster maturity, and they often have behavioral and biological characteristics that make them seem more animalistic than Basitins. Even though Basitins have fur and animal like ears, that is nearly the only similarity to animals they share. They age like humans, but that isn't to say they are simply humans with fur. They have a natural resistance to poison, live by a warrior type mentality, and are biologically incapable of using magic. Or at least they should be. It messes with their heads in a way that leaves them pretty much witless after long term exposure. I hope this answer is sufficient.

Theoretically either as long as a human, or somewhere midway. What I hope is the former. The reason… Fetuses have a symbiotic biology with the mother. For example if the mother suffers an injury, the fetus can adjust in a way that it provides the mother with cells that can help make repairs. This means that a mother can, and likely does, have cells from their children in their body, years down the road, if not for the remainder of their lives. My Head-Canon is that a Human/Basitin and Keidran Hybrid fetus might be able to rewire the aging process for the mother, extending her life. Good news for female Keidran in a relationship with a Human or Basitin, she lives longer, Bad news for the male Keidran, and females not in said relationship, no such symbiosis. But, if Legacy Life Extension Inc.® (in this AU) does some research involving the Mothers of Hybrid Lovechildren, I’m sure that they can discover the life extending agent and produce a hormone or other therapy to extend the life of all Keidran.
